It took 3 phone calls to the 800 number trying to get my checking account added back into my account. The district manager is able to do that. Never heard back from him. Finally after the 3rd call he called my wife and told her after 3 times the wrong account information is entered to get it back for a year. I only mess up 2 times. Poor customer service. Hopefully we will be cleaning out the unit.

If you’re looking for a great storage experience, ask for Angel C! I was able to secure a great unit the same day I called. He was so professional and walked me through the entire process. I had tons of questions and he was able to clarify them all for me. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed or like he was just trying to get me to dish out money. He genuinely wanted to help make sure I was satisfied with the unit and size we chose. He even went out his way to help us with the app and the gate entry. His customer service was phenomenal! Thank you Angel! This location is lucky to have you!

Angel C was really nice and answered all the questions I had for my future storage use. I was looking for something at a good price since I’ll be moving soon and public storage not only has really good rates, the customer service is top tier. Thanks again angel for all your help! After a long day, I was on hold for 45 minutes just to be hung up on. I called the Edgewater park location and a gentleman by the name Angel 😇 made a complicated matter simple to me by stating policy/procedure then calmly explaining my options. We need more Angels
