Oscar and Tommy were so helpful and so nice. Helped me understand the whole process went over patiently explaining all my options. They were professional not pushy, didn’t rush me, they worked as a great team and genuinely helped me and I upgraded. Clean and not crowded shop with good selection of devices and accessories. Beautiful shop location right by Hudson river with Manhattan views.

From the time I came into the store, I was greeted by Tiffany the store manager. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall. Also, Oscar helped me with my new phone connecting it. I usually do not like going to the cellular stores; however, this experience was fast and easy. Thank you for all your help! Will be coming back here again…

Oscar has been my go to for years, I had an issue getting my mom a phone for Mother’s Day he was able to help me surprise my mom with a new device without turning her phone off. I will always come back to Oscar. Thank you

I was greeted immediately and Joel was able to help me get a new phone. He took the time to understand what I was looking for. I got a new phone and all the accessories. The process was very smooth and convenient. Joel even assisted me with my iCloud and answered all my questions. I am tech illiterate and he was very patient lol. I highly recommend coming to this store.

I recently bought a $40 screen protector from this store that they sold me on. They said that if it ever cracks they’ll replace it for $8. Went in today to buy my wife one of these screen protectors, replace mine (which cracked last week and I threw away because the glass shards were cutting me) and also get a quote to replace my wife’s iPhone.Apparently, if you don’t keep the broken screen they won’t honor the replacement, so we left without buying anything.Seriously frustrated at this policy. They have record of my purchase, and they never told me to preserve the broken screen (why would you think to do this?). I would understand if it was a free warranty replacement, but I’m still getting charged $8.Poor customer service, they definitely lost more than they gained today.

ending a 30 year relationship with att because they wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom, even though they know i have / had cancer at it becomes an emergency, Shame on you for you inhumane treatment of people. Sad. Goodbye forever.

Had a very bad experience. Went to get a prepaid SIM. Which didnt work and they said they dont give refund. They asked me to buy a new phone that has 5G . Bought a new 5G phone but the Sim still did not work. Finally had to buy a SIM of At& t from Walmart which worked fine . Paid for a bad SIm that does not work. Most unprofessional and the worst Customer service

I have been there several times, the representatives range from indifferent to extremely pushy and rude, not wanting to hear questions, or details of the customer want to hear, specially those with inquisitive minds who will question everything they say. They should be trained in business etiquette, they are not the Czars of the land dictating autocratically what they want. They have a job, because of ATT customers....
