A five star review does not seem appropriate for Chase bank. But it certainly felt like a VIP service after what I went through from multiple Floridian Chase branches recently.Signing up for a CD account was a breeze and in/out in about 20 minutes. NY/NJ customers do not realize how privileged they are. I will gladly choose this Chase bank to do my banking over any other Floridian banks.

I am a new Chase Bank customer and booked an appointment to create another joint bank account. The meeting was scheduled, but when I showed up I was told the person taking the appointment wasn't there, and noone else could help me. As a new customer I will not be doing business at this branch.

If I could rate this place a zero I would . The grifting latina staff leaves too much to be desired and to refuse - not only a customer but also a member of your bank and to add insult to injury a first responder IN uniform - a bathroom when it's obvious the need for one is dire is just simply gross and only to be expected of such - grifting staff. Ahh typical.

Honestly I actually didn't wanted to go to this location because of the reviews.However after my visit to the Chase Bank my whole mood changed!Sneha is so professional and helped me so well! She is the best and I really appreciate her help with opening a bank account! Thank you so much for proving these reviews wrong.

Amazing vibes at this renovated branch that contribute to a great working environment and top-notch customer service. Ms. Sanchez patiently assisted me in clarifying all my doubts before fulfilling a few transactions during a hectic time. Strongly recommend this branch over Palisades and Fort Lee.

I switch from Bank of America to Chase and disappointed. In any country except US there are a lot of online banks and you can send money instantly to anyone anywhere. In US you have to wait 3 days to move money between your accounts. And ATM do not even withdraw me 1000 USD amount is to big ?. For 20 trillion economy 1000$ is too much?

Waited an hour and ten minutes to see a representative. Two people waiting before me left because of the long wait. A person whom had come after was taken before me because they were friends with the rep. Extremely slow and unprofessional staff.

I had a terrible experience in this bank. I was waiting on line to be helped. I went up to Cindy Sanchez when the customer left her booth. She looked at me with a dark and mean face and asked me to wait. She went to the back office. When she was walking out, she was wiping her had with a paper towel. I assumed that she went to the rest room. That is understandable. But she didn't come back to her booth. Instead she went to Donald Meza's booth and flirted with him. She was smiley and acting very flirtatious when she was talking to him. At that time, there were customers lining up all the way to the outside of the bank in the cold weather. After she finally came back to her booth, she dealt with me with her dark face. I called out this issue to her manager, Donald Meza. He neither apologized on her behalf to me nor said to me that he would spoke to her about this issue. The management is terrible in this bank. The staffs act very unprofessionally and rude. They care less about the customers waiting outside of the bank in the cold. Chase Bank should change the management of this bank. They don't deserve even 1 star. But the system won't allow this comment to be posted if I don't give at least one.

Chase Bank has TERRIBLE customer service. They are rude and treat the customer disrespectfully. They make errors in withdrawing money from my account, and simply say it was a teller error. I have to see error on my statement and alert the bank . I wrote a check for $100, and the teller withdraw $400 from the checking account. The check was clearly made for $100. When I went to the bank to discuss it, Abraham Kim (Chase employee at River RD Chase) was arrogant , rude and did not even help me even though I had an appointment with him.In a previous incident about 2 months ago, a teller at Chase on River Rd withdrew $3700 from my account and gave it to the next customer because the teller did not clear her screen with my account information.At that time, both Donald Maza and Juan Rosario , both Chase employees were unprofessional, rude and arrogant to me. STAY AWAY from Chase Bank.

I am a long time Customer & have been to many locations. These people are rude, nasty & obnoxious. You can't even ask a simple question without them making you feel stupid. They need to be retrained or shuffle up the staff. I turned around & walked out. Never again ...
