The pharmacist shot the door in my face, saying to wait for 30 mins for her lunch for 2 min pickup. I was alone in the shop, she could have closed after me.No lunch hours listed

The customer service here leaves much to be desired. As someone who managed a pharmacy for years, I know how bad it is getting. Reimbursements are non - existent and everyone is short staffed. That doesn't mean that we lie to our patients about having their prescriptions just because we are running behind. I waited an hour (after rx was sent) before calling to see if they had my prescription and had the meds in stock as it is urgent and would need to go somewhere else if they didn't have it. They told me that they never got the script. I then had to call my doctor because I thought they never sent it but they showed me that they did and just to be thorough, they sent it again. My doctor then called them to see what the issue was and they said that they lied to me and said they didn't have the script because they were running behind. How does that make any sense?? I wasn't asking if it was ready, only if they had the script and meds on hand so I could prepare and go somewhere else if they didn't. Then when I go to pick up my meds, the woman doesn't even say hello or smile or anything. She doesn't ask me my name or birthdate, she just stares at me waiting for the information. She barely answers my questions when I ask if they do covid testing or have any free at home tests. I have to ask twice before she decides to answer and just says "you need an appointment." When I ask if they have any openings today, all she says is "no." No follow up or anything. I understand it is tough right now, but why is it so difficult to just be friendly and helpful to your customers/patients and what is with the lying? This is now the third time they lied to me about having my scripts. It seems I may have to find another pharmacy.

I have been a customer of CVS for decades now and have always had good experiences with people who work there. Unfortunately, today I encountered a very rude young woman, Tiffany, in the pharmacy department. A couple of weeks ago I received an alert that my prescription was ready. At that time I could not pick it up so I went today. When I spoke with Tiffany she responded in a very abrupt way "There's nothing here." If I had not explained it to her further she had no intention of checking more carefully. She did find my prescription and asked me to wait as it would be filled in 15 minutes. I paid and before I left I had a couple of questions but she was snippy and seemed annoyed. I then spoke with the store manager, Esther, and explained what had happened. She was very nice and said she would speak with this employee. I appreciate how she said it would be handled, However, I am not completely satisfied because this is not the first time I have had a lousy experience with people in the pharmacy dept. I have had experiences like this in the CVS pharmacy in Target as well. I feel that there is no customer service skill training for these workers in the pharmacy area. My impression is that they think all they have to do all day is fill the prescriptions (like robots) but they have absolutely no sense on how to treat human beings - young or old! I would love to hear from the main manager - owner of this CVS and to propose better customer service training for the pharmacy area of all CVS Stores. Otherwise, you will lose many good customers like myself.

This CVS Lost my film photos. Though the manager was extremely nice and caring, the corporate takes no responsibility for the lost memories in 100+ photos with my beloved family overseas. The employee had forgotten to send my film so they advised it would be delayed for additional 2 weeks. Almost 3 months later, my photos are nowhere to be found and cannot be tracked. They give you a tiny piece of paper that can easily be lost for a tracking purpose. Their system cannot track anything even with your name/phone number. Very disappointing incident and frankly CVS has the worst customer service lines.Do not trust them with film photo printing.

The service was great when I started coming here a few years ago when my kids were small. The drive-thru was so convenient with sick little ones. However, the last three visits this year have been a mess. Orders weren't ready even with text confirmations and insurance info not processed properly.

If you don't have vaccines in stock, indicate that when someone makes an appointment on your website. Don't wait until an hour before the appointment to let someone know the appointment is "canceled." It's rude and inconvenient, especially when it's available at Walgreens.

The pharmacy tech who works on Sunday morning is literally the RUDEST human I’ve encountered in a while. I had to ask her to let me finish speaking as she was continuously speaking over me and did NOT care about my concerns. I will be reporting her.

The only reason we use this CVS is because our insurance does not work with the other pharmacies. (Ie walgreens) This pharmacy has ALWAYS been the worst ever. Making mistakes, putting the wrong medication, saying the medicine is ready to be picked up but it wasn't ready to be picked up. It may be worth the extra drive and go to the other CVS in North Bergen. That one is run super efficiently. The other cvs in target, we are trying that one oh next bc it's closer. The turnover of pharmacists in this CVS is laughable. They need an entire overhaul of this place. It's like they send the drop outs to this one.

This complaint regarding CVS on 65 River Road, Edgewater, NJ. 07020This is the worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. They put you on hold for over 69 minutes because no one care to answer the phone. I am 75 old senior I needed to have a prescription filled ASAP because I fell down on my lower back and I was in an excruciating pain.Their management needs to know that. They are disgusting and I hate them.

Horrible customer service. pharmacy and drive thru is Closed for ‘communal lunch’ which means the customer may not be able to pick items up of importance on a work break & have to wait til end of day. Preventing them access to medicine quicker. The store is ‘filthy’ and unkempt. Unstocked. Do NOT give them the time or energy. Go to the Walgreens across the way.
