Asked if they could fit me in for a walk-in, I was told me to come back in 30-mins. Grabbed lunch, came back and then said we’re busy. I was waiting 10-mins at the front with no guidance of service. Happy Birthday to me. lol

I went in for a gel manicure and left feeling incredibly disappointed and upset. The technician used a machine to remove my old gel polish but didn’t fully take it off, leaving patches of the previous color. When I pointed it out, she continued buffing, but this led to over-filing that left my nails uneven, painfully thin, and even discolored in some areas. Parts of my nails turned red from how thin they’d been filed down.
She then proceeded to paint my nails, applying so many coats that the polish started to bubble. I believe she used multiple layers to cover the unevenness and discoloration from the over-buffing, but it only made things worse. I was so upset I started to cry, and that’s when another technician stepped in, removed the polish, and repainted my nails as best he could.
Throughout the whole experience, there was no apology, acknowledgment of the mistakes, or offer of any compensation. I left feeling like I had paid to have my nails damaged, despite having worked hard to grow them out. I wouldn’t recommend the technician Grace based on my experience, it was truly disappointing and painful.

$70 to get my gels removed, the lady running the place is just making prices up as she goes. I was rushed in and out. Not relaxing at all.

I always go to Tutti, and this Wednesday I got a pedicure and manicure. Today is Saturday, and now all my nails are chipped, and I have completely lost one nail polish. The salon was so disorganized, and the service was not like usual. No surprise, as their management and staff have changed. With this service, I recommend staying away from here.

I was a faithful client for manicures and pedicures at tutti for years. I heard that the employees have changed last week. Today I went in for a manicure. It was a mess. Does anyone know where Mari or the other girls went? They were amazing!

This place became horrible. I went to do my eyebrows and I asked a lady for clean up she made them very thin. I will never go back. It is just unbelievable the way she did my eyebrows.

I came here with my daughter for the first time because she was gifted a certificate. Our appointment was for 4:00 PM and we came 15 minutes earlier. We waited for someone to start our manicures for over an hour. Had we been warned about such a delay, we could have planned what to do during the wait differently. Finally, we were seated, and in the seat we waited for 15 more minutes until the nail techs came. The nail techs are sweet, though! My daughter is pretty happy with the result, but she said that the buffing was uncomfortable and there was some space left that could've been covered with polish. I'm happy with my mani.This salon welcomes walk-ins, so scheduling an appointment in advance almost doesn't make sense. They did apologize about the delay, however. Overall, it's a nice salon if you're willing to wait.

Less than 2 weeks after I got tips here they either fell off completely or are on their way out. Stick to regular manicures and pedicures here if you go. I will not go back.

Do not waste your money!!!!! I had nails done here and the following day my nails were looking terrible. I was so embarrassed as my co workers were laughing at the terribly done set of coffin gel nails. The worst part is we dropped $320 and $40 tip for my partner and I. The lady at the front is friendly but at the end of the day they don’t do a good job!! We’re not going back there ever again. If I pay that much, I’m expecting a new set to last at least 2 weeks not 4 days!!! So disappointed!! I called and they asked me to come for fixing. I’m not fixing nothing with them, Infact, their business won’t see our faces again!!!

Went in for regular pedi and gel mani- pedi was ok but the gel manicure is horrible she didn’t paint to the edge of my nail and when my gel didn’t match the regular polish like she said it would she tried to charge me extra to change it. I won’t be back for almost $100 service.Services: Pedicure
