I have been with Extra Space Storage for many years now. It’s a great place to store your memories! All the things you want to keep and pass down but don’t want cluttering your living space. The Edgewater location is very well kept and secure in my opinion. Also I love the staff. They are helpful and really genuine people. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Edgewater, NJ for your storing needs!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Mrs. Laurie and Mrs. Joan at Extra Space Storage! Moving can be incredibly stressful, but these two made the process so much smoother with their kindness, patience, and professionalism.
From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and understanding of my situation. They took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. They never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about making the move as easy as possible for me.
It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond these days, but Mrs. Laurie and Mrs. Joan absolutely did. Their support made a huge difference during a hectic time, and I’m so grateful for their help.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, look no further. Thank you both for everything!

Changed from 5 stars to 1. Disappointed and misled.
I originally gave this place 5 stars, but that quickly changed. Without any notice, they raised the prices not only on my storage locker but also on the parking spaces. I was quoted $140 for parking, but suddenly it jumped to $270—with no warning or explanation.
As a business owner myself, I understand rising costs, but this feels like a classic bait-and-switch. When I called to ask about it, I was simply told, “That’s the price now due to demand.” No effort to make it right, no transparency, and clearly no concern for loyal customers.
I’m beyond disappointed. If you're considering doing business with them, be careful. What you’re quoted today might mean nothing tomorrow.
