I signed my son up 5 years ago and 1 year after he started training I signed up as well. Professors Marcelo and Renata have truly created a safe, clean and respectful gym for all levels. Overall 5 stars. ??

Family Training Center is a unique school in that the comradery between us is something you won’t find anywhere else. My father and I started together about 8 months ago and we’re really enjoying the process of getting better. Everyone is super welcoming and ready to teach us. Professor Marcelo and Renata are very detailed in the ways they teach us and have a strong love for the art that makes it easy to learn from.

Training for almost a decade with the same team, can't say enough about it. The environment is family friendly, and the training challenging. You will come out learning a lot from the very first day not only with an amazing team, but amazing professors showing us the way!

At the age of 53, I finally decided to learn Jiu Jitsu. What I perceived as a bunch of young guys stepping over the old guy was the polar opposite. Professor Oliviera set a tone that it's all for one and the amazing comrodery is so present, you immediately get into a flow, even as a beginner. 3 months and 15lbs later I'm thrilled with class.
