My friend recommended me this car shop and I’ve never looked back. The service and price are great and I trust Taka with everything he does. As a woman, I’ve been ripped off by other shops that were doing things my car didn’t need but Taka is very honest, caring and knowledgeable and I can tell he is looking for his customers’ best interest. I recommend this auto shop to anyone who is looking for good quality service for their car. Thank you!

Honest competent repairs. Reasonable prices. No up selling. Reasonable costs for maintaining older vehicles. Easy scheduling. Large mall across the street to shop or eat while waiting. Bus runs along River Rd to NYC or GW Bridge. Does charge fee for credit card payments.

First visit for brake pad replacement.
He was very helpful in explaining in Japanese in an easy-to-understand manner what was to be repaired and how, and the repair was completed in 3 hours as explained. Prices are also reasonable.
I should have asked for it sooner.

Scheduled the vehicle drop off almost 2 weeks in advance, dropped off at 9am, stopped by at 6pm only to find out that nothing was done. Too busy. Why the #$% did you accept the key when I dropped it off? Why couldn't you call a day before and state that you cannot commit and ask to reschedule? Why during the day you couldn't call and ask if I can leave the car for one more day?
