I came on Friday to set up a business account for four lines and Lesley M. helped me set it up. She was very informative and patient throughout the whole process. It took me over 2 hours to set everything up. The fact that Leslie was so helpful and and friendly made it easier to get everything done.

I visited this place in Edgewater at noon Dec 31. The salesperson (with very long nails) did everything to get rid of me and my problem with internet connection. She told that I have to go to Metro because they disconnected my account. It was absurd. Only when I insisted for her to extract my SIM card and put it back (advice from the Net) my phone started to work again. She was incredible incompetent and unpleasant. Alexander Genis.

Quite upset with the deal, I was interested in a watch but I didn't fully understand the options and the man in charge of the store was not at all friendly or collaborative. When I asked him about the available colors he stood in the center of the store so that the others could see it. They would listen and he answered "black there is only black I don't know how to tell you so that you understand me" and he left me and sent a girl to attend to me who I thank because she was very kind but the bad moment had already bothered me a lot. I work with the public and I know it is difficult but this treatment is unacceptable.

I came in twice for technical questions. The workers did not help and did not even try to pretend to care. The moment they realized I was not there to buy, their whole sweet attitude changed completely and acted like I was wasting their time (the store was practically empty, so it's not like they had other people they can sell to) It happened twice so it is clearly the attitude there. Very unpleasant. I ended up calling T-Mobile support, and they resolved my issue very quickly.

I absolutely had a bad experience at this location. I was there with my business partner and wanted to open an account for our brand-new business before travel to overseas. We needed 3 lines and 3 phones. We got the iPhone and a line for it but out of other 2 phones only one phone was available. We were told that they can get it by the next day. Due to our flight, I expressed that I could wait to 4pm the latest. And Mario -I believe that was the name of the person- said that that would not be a problem and he said missing phone would be brought from other stores nearby. Based on that assurance, we left with one line and one iPhone. Next day around noon, I stopped by and asked if other phones were ready. And he said it was on its way and someone was bringing in. I said fair enough, since I said 4pm would be the latest the day before. I called around 3:30pm and told him that I was on my way and asked to get the order ready as early as possible. I was there around 4:10pm and he said phone was not there. It was on its way. now it is 4:30 and he said phone was coming from garden state plaza, he said it would take another 30 minutes because and there is a traffic (And it became 5pm). I looked at my google maps and it was saying 25 minutes ride and all roads were green. So, I had a flight waiting for me and this guy kept lying to me. And I needed this phone for business. I had enough...When I confronted, he said they had been so busy during the day! -Service business is generally conducted by first come, first serve principle- If I wait more than 24 hours and I was promised, I should be served accordingly considering average purchase of phone takes about 20 minutes. By saying you were busy with other customers during the day only means one thing, you are choosing one customer over another, there is a word for it. When I asked him where my phones were, he said -your phone is here-, and when I asked where and wanted to see it, he said -one is here and the other one was coming-!!!!...So my phones were there and coming at the same time…..He claimed that I was disrespecting him because I put 2 sim cards back the table, again to table for a refund. He said extra lines and phone deposits are refunded.......And yeah, as easily could be guessed, I got charged for 3 lines... What a surprise huh?......Hey T-Mobile read my comment

I went in with an issue that my girlfriend was experiencing about billing. Andrew L is awesome. Great customer service and handled our issue with customer care. Andrew deserves a raise.
