Not only did these guys align it the best they could they also found the issue that was causing my alignment issues when no one else could.

My tire blew out and they changed it for me as well as two other tires that needed to be changed quickly and explained the breakdown of the cost before any work was completed. I wasn’t pressured into doing more like some mechanics try to do and they were really nice and informative. 5 stars! I will definitely be back!!”

“Came in with a slow tire leak. Ended up needing new tires and an alignment. They were happy to help and quickly went to work. As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. Will be back for any future work.”

“Lawrence was very nice and helped me out of a bad situation with the wheels on my 2001 Corvette.
I went in for a front wheel balancing and their mechanic discovered the wheels had locking lug nuts (that I was not aware of, and I did not have the lug nut key for).
He told me “no problem”, and was able to remove the locks at all four wheels and replace them with standard lug nuts.
Needless to say, I’m very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again for all of our family cars.”

“It gives me great pleasure to leave this review for Allen. I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.
I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. Most of our communication was over the phone, and when I finally came in, he was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every feature of the car, helped me call my insurance company, and even guided me through downloading the app.

“Another spectacular experience at this chain that is run like a small-town mom and pop store. I was across the street (at Carvel!) and realized one of my break lights was out HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MAVIS' CLOSING TIME. I called to see if I could bring my car in. They weren't sure they'd be able to help but said I could come over. As soon as I pulled in, they took a look, opened the lamp, and changed the bulb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“So I haven’t actually done any work here but I called this place earlier today to ask about a tire replacement. I was sort of screwed over by another place close to where I live. So instead of firing off negative reviews and seeking “Justice” on that place, I am writing a positive experience about this place.
By telling me his honest assessment of what he has in stock, he basically lost a potential sale because it is not what I need. He could’ve lied, manipulated or even tried to bs me in a way to get a sale (like my previous experience)
I can absolutely admire and respect that. If I am able to bring this place my business in the future, I absolutely will!”
