Quinn was super helpful, quickly adjusted my brakes and gave me tips on next steps and future maintenance + service options. Much better than my experience with either Trek locations in NYC. They've also adjusted my Brompton in the past while I shopped in Whole Foods next door. Very grateful this shop is here!
