Gladys is a fantastic manager and Chad has been an outstanding mechanic always helping me to optimize my cycling experience. They are very welcoming and love to help with all kinds of bikes. I will keep coming back to this store for sure.

I have visited many bike stores and Trek Edgewater is one of the best store out there. Customer service from this store is great. This store builds friendship with their customers and cares about their needs. Gladiz and Chad are very profesional and awesome people.
