After several run-ins with an associate named KATRINA, I’m beyond disgusted that ULTA continues to employ someone like her. She has a vile attitude, treats customers differently based on race, and makes it painfully clear she only acknowledges people who look like her.
That kind of behavior is offensive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Instead of doing her job, she glares at customers, looks them up and down, and gives attitude as if helping people who don't look like her is beneath her. It’s pathetic, unprofessional, and toxic.
If this is the kind of “representation” ULTA stands by, then you’ve made it clear where your values lie. I’ll gladly spend every dollar at SEPHORA down the street before ever stepping foot in this store again.
Clean house, ULTA — you should be ashamed.

I usually don't write reviews if I'm doordashing for that particular store but I just need to send a shout out to Sarah, she was AMAZING. I came in with my first shopping order and was so confused on where to began. I almost gave up and was about to walk out the store and she was like no no, come on...lol... she took me under her wing and helped me find every product for my customer. Omg she was so patient and sweet. I felt bad because I didn't wanna be a bother because of course there's other customers but she reassured me everything was ok. Thank you so much Sarah for what you did. I wish you nothing but the best in life.

Today I did the Scalp Renew treatment for the first time and I absolutely loved it! My scalp feels incredibly fresh, clean, and revitalized — like it can finally breathe again. Kristen R. did the treatment and was fantastic. She explained each step clearly and recommended a great product for my hair. Thank you, Kristen!

I had one of the best experiences shopping at Ulta Beauty, I was looking to buy a Dyson and I had the pleasure of being helped by Sarah. She was so kind to me and helped me with my purchase. I highly recommend her. She is a very sweet perso.

I usually have a decent experience at this ULTA location, but my recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior of the associate, Katrina. She was noticeably rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude during checkout.
When I asked her to apply any points I had after she rang up my items, she became visibly irritated and rolled her eyes, as if it were a major inconvenience to go back a step. It’s frustrating that many associates here don’t proactively mention when customers have points to use, and this interaction made it worse.
I also noticed her treating the customer ahead of me with the same dismissive attitude, as if she didn’t want to help at all. By the time it was my turn, I was already uncomfortable, and the way she handled the transaction only confirmed my concerns.
ULTA needs to ensure better training and hire associates who value customer service. This kind of experience is unacceptable.
