They are nasty there , attitude, they hate what they doing, the girl refuses to give me my birthday gift , she ask for a coupon to scan , ok i call costumer service and they semd to me and she walk away without g8ve to me, they need change the staff, i have a credit card i spent money there all the time, if you dont like your job go study and became something, dont be miserable in a place that you don't belong.

Fraudulent store. Purchased an item and when I tried to return the product unopened a week later (because Sephora had the same item at a better deal) they said it was already returned and I needed to call customer service. The customer service agent told me the mgr need training and I would get called back which never happened. Next time I need something I’ll go to Amazon!!

I booked a make up appointment with Devyn on September 14th to have my make up done on November 11th for an event. She calls me TWO DAYS before my event to tell me that someone booked this slot in October and that she is unable to do my make up. I explained to her that I booked this appointment in SEPTEMBER so it’s impossible for me to have booked over someone that booked only one month ago. And I have the confirmation text to prove it. She then says that she can do my make up at 8:30am as a courtesy. Be for real. This is so unprofessional.

Store manager Brittany lacks professionalism and common courtesy to Ulta customers at the Edgewater, NJ location. She is rude and her behavior towards customers should be checked. I’ve never seen a manger in a customer service capacity escalate a simple conversation into a full blown argument in front of other customers and staff. Also if you have textured 4c hair and looking to use their salon services don’t even bother because they will say they can do it but have no idea what they’re doing. The services were done on 9/20/23 for my 11yo.

This location is quite close to me and would be convenient, however, they never have anything in stock! The store is always a mess and looks emptied out. The management needs to step up and keep better track of inventory and cleanliness for sure.

So when I went to this location brittney was behind the register. Spoiler alert she's incompetent and dense I don't know how she was hired. She needs to stop going into work high. So the products I wanted I had to order online which was fine. She asks me how to spell my name a whopping 4 times. I literally have a normal name I'd understand if it was something out of the ordinary but NO. So not only does she ask me how to spell my name 4 times and take 5 minutes each time to type out 1 letter- she then asks me a 5th time to write it on a piece of paper (which I did). So now she has MY FULL GOVERNMENT NAME IN WRITING RIGHT???- so as she's filling out the online shipment stuff and everything she says you should receive an email immediately I'm like okay (I didn't). I waited 24 hours for a confirmation email and still nothing. So I go back with my boyfriend to ask for a receipt or some type of confirmation- and she's not in sight but now half the register workers and the manager is confused because they can't find my order at ALL. Mind you it was a $54 order not like it was $5 where I would've let it go (and it was just 24 hours ago). This dense IQ of 17 person named brittney got my email entirely wrong (my email is just my name which I repeated 4 times and she had IN WRITING) spelled my name wrong so bad that they couldn't find anything remotely similar in the system. So now they tell me to call a specialist and they're like it doesn't exist... now I'm about to flip because at this point everyone's just playing with me right now. And then after an hour on the phone standing in that store the manager was like "wait I think I found it! Are these the items you purchased?" And we were like yes! And she said ohh the name is completely different on there brittney spelt it so wrong. So now I'm livid because all of this because this ulta decided to hire an incompetent child. Mind you she's gotta be a rough 27. I believe there's 2 brittneys at that location so let me describe her. About 4'11, Hispanic, plump in the midsection, and had little tattoos all over her arms. I don't know what the other Brittney looks like I just know because one of the workers asked which one so I don't want anyone to get confused with the innocent Brittney. Moving on- the manager prints out the receipt and I finally get my confirmation email. Fast forward a week my package gets delayed 4 days so I'm now thinking of going to pick it up. (I don't)- so it finally gets delivered.... AND MY F**KING NAME IS BUTCHERED COMPLETELY ON MY PACKAGE IT IS COMPLETELY WRONG. Now a week ago I didn't care to download yelp and leave a review but after seeing that she's so incompetent that she messed up on the actual package I'm literally scared that they have her working there. If I actually went to pick up the package they wouldn't have let me because the name doesn't even look remotely close to what it actually is and Brittney is so lucky that I didn't choose to pick it up and found out there after they would have denied me. I live close to that ulta and ups store so trust she would've saw me again. So disappointed that this ulta would hire someone like that. She clearly is high out of her mind working there messing up really important things like this is not even a joke or funny in any way. She seriously needs to be fired. I'm always in that plaza and never went in to that ulta and I finally did... obviously I'm never going back but the short Brittney needs to be fired real bad and I'm not even playing right now. SHE COULDVE MESSED UP MY ADDRESS AND HAVE IT BEEN DELIVERED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN WHAT?? Blame it on me that I gave her the wrong address??? I think the f*ck not. She messing with peoples money and she'll do that to the wrong person one day and it won't me rainbows and unicorns. This is coming from a place of genuine concern at the end of they day.

Myself and others were patiently waiting on line. The cashier is allowing the customer she’s ringing up to ask a million questions and when a price is missing another worker, playing around with things in a box instead of helping the line, goes to check the price at that point I’ve been standing 15 min my legs are burning and I’m about to miss an appointment in the shopping center. Everyone including myself left our stuff and walked out the store. They have no respect to others times. Why allow one customer to do a whole consultation at the checkout instead of paying and leaving or letting others go until she’s ready to pay?? This is why Sephora is taking ulta out of business.

Horrible experience at this Ulta! I’ve been coming to this Ulta for years now and not once did I have a bad experience, but last week I did with one of their young employees. I wasn’t able to catch her name but she was blonde and looked around high school aged, but let me tell you, she was really rude and not helpful at all. I had asked for help looking for something for my daughter but I couldn’t find it so I asked her to help me and she gave me the dirtiest and illest look as if I did something wrong. Usually I never get write reviews, but this type of behavior is unacceptable! If she was having a bad day then it’s fine but don’t take it out on the customers, we come in there looking for help not to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Hopefully, they reprimand her or get her fired. I can only imagine, how she has treated other people so rudely.

I booked an appointment this past Saturday for my baby shower with Devyn. She was amazing, she blew me away with how beautiful she did my makeup. I got compliments the whole night. She’s really nice and does an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending her and going to see her again.

Horrible experience!I wish there was an option to give a -5 stars. Number one, the location was not safe for there costumers. I was there today and there was water leaking from the roof. There was water all over the entrance floor, shelves and there was not even a sign indicating the floor was wet. Number two the Chanel representative was EXTREMELY RUDE. After my purchase I was given a couple of Chanel perfume samples which it was great. After I left the store I went back to ask one of the cashier if they had the sample for female instead of male. The Chanel representative took the bag away from me, walked away and left me hanging without an explanation or Apology. After I was standing there for a while waiting for an answer one of the cashiers said that they supposed to give that sample on Father’s Day week not today. Which the Chanel representative didn’t mention and it was not my fault they made a mistake.
