“I really like that this store actually has all of there items with the proper price tags. I the clothing section was neat and actually found small size graphic tees. I have been to a few other locations and small tees are hard to find. They were in stock with a lot of the candies I saw on the website. The staff is also friendly.”

“I have been coming to this particular store since I've been a child with my family since 1975. They pretty much have always had really good products and clothing for the most amazing prices. One particular item of clothing is exceptional, they are the jeans with built in fleece as thermal protection from the elements and they work. Probably one of the best looking pairs of jeans I've ever owned in my life and the warmest.”
“I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE.This store is huge with all home goods items that have become my one-stop shop (excluding fresh produce and dairy items, obviously, lol). The store is packed with everything you need for your home and personal needs and the best part, their not expensive at all. The store also extends two doors down where you can find even more high-end products at low prices. The best part of this store is the workers. All of them, and I mean all of them, are kind, smart, caring, and carry a behavior trait of that wantingness to help their customers. I love shopping here and I strongly suggest anyone and everyone shop here. I promise you, they have something for everyone. “The people working were all polite. Honestly, they have some pretty funny dupes. Good summer products for going to the beach/ park that target would sell for three times the amount of money but equal quality tbh. Glad they put this in in our neighborhood.”

The store manager is absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure my daughters and I leave happy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their team.
I also have to give a special shoutout to Lizzie! She is such a sweetheart and is always so kind to my girls. We’re in Five Below pretty often, and every single time she sees us, she greets us with a smile and checks in to see if we need help finding anything. It’s employees like her who make us want to keep coming back.
The entire staff deserves recognition for providing outstanding customer service. They’re always patient, helpful, and professional, even when dealing with difficult situations. I’ve unfortunately witnessed customers being aggressive toward employees over something as simple as Squishys, and I truly don’t understand it. The Five Below team handles these situations with grace and kindness. It’s free to be kind, and these employees absolutely deserve the same respect they show every customer.

“It’s a nice spacious location. We found a lot of cute items. My daughter got some headphones for school and cute hand sanitizers. My son found a basketball that he like. The candy section was organized but I felt like the rest of the store wasn’t. Also there wasn’t employees on the floor that we saw. There is security at this location as well that checks your receipt before you leave. I think if it was a little more organized this would probably be one of my fav locations. As it is a nice big store.”

“This Five Below is pretty much like any other Five Below. It has all the usual stuff and the store itself is really spacious, which I liked.
One thing that surprised me though was the checkout situation. I saw self checkout machines, but they weren't being used and everyone had to go to a human cashier instead. Honestly, it's kinda rare to see that at Five Below nowadays since most locations mostly use self checkout. Overall it was a pretty normal Five Below experience, but the bigger space and actual cashiers made it feel a little different from other locations.”
“Excellent experience at the North Bergen Five Below! I placed an order online, and it was fulfilled in less than 20 minutes. The pickup process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, organized, and had my order ready as soon as I arrived.
What made the experience even better was how it compared to the Union City location. The difference in customer service and efficiency was noticeable right away. North Bergen clearly values its customers and knows how to handle online orders properly.
