**Title: Unpleasant Experience with Staff at 7-11 on Oak Tree Rd**
I've been visiting the 7-11 on Oak Tree Rd frequently for my daily needs. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly encountered unpleasant behavior from an older staff member. His attitude seems unnecessarily harsh, and his actions—like pushing my hand when I use Apple Pay and giving me unwarranted dirty looks—are concerning.
As a Muslim customer, I can't help but wonder if this behavior is personal or based on misunderstanding. I'm simply trying to start my day with essential items, and the negative energy I experience here is discouraging.
I hope the management addresses this issue to create a more welcoming and respectful environment for all customers. 7-11 has been a go-to spot for convenience, and improvements in customer service could truly enhance the experience.

I've been a regular customer at the 7-11 on Oak Tree Rd, visiting almost daily and spending $20-30 each time. Unfortunately, I've had consistently negative experiences with one particular employee, an older gentleman, whose customer service skills leave much to be desired.
I've made an effort to overlook his demeanor out of respect for his age, but his continued rudeness is unacceptable. A customer should expect to be treated with courtesy, not to be met with disdain and impatience. If he finds his job difficult or unsatisfying, it might be worth considering pursuing a different path that allows him to find more joy and fulfillment.
I hope the management is able to address this issue, as this 7-11 location has great potential with its convenience and product selection. However, customer service is a crucial component of any business, and I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

I just saw a video of a woman in there today at about 8:45 pm where the person in there referred to her as an "n" he also kept telling her you need to speak up what's wrong with you people don't know how to talk. A customer was talking with him in his language and they demeaned her. This is unacceptable and disgusting.

It a wrost 711 I think in a whole newjersy with the customer service was there couple of months back same wrost experience . I go to lots of 711 they never charge cup of ice. They always let you use the restroom but this 711 people always say no . Overhaul -5 star rating to this 711

Typical 7-Eleven and was maintained well. We got everything that we wanted, including Icee Slush, which we always see broken in all other 7-Eleven around. Just that to get in and get out from parking to roads was stressful with speeding cars.

Shoppers BE WARE! The cashier will rip you off if you aren’t paying attention. If you shop here, check your change, pay attention and double check credit card charges. This 7-11 is known for taking $ from customers.

The service is always cordial. They have a nice stock of fresh snacks, sandwiches, Hot Dogs Sausages, and drinks.
