I used to come here when tgey first opened. I had some bad experiences and so this is my first time back in over 5 years. I will not be returning. I just came in because to get tires. I was told 2 hours with no updates. When it was getting close I asked was it still going to be two hours because it will be two hours in 20 minutes. He told me it would be another 45 minutes. The technician didn't even return my tire to the wheel. I would not recommend them for any auto services. Don't waste your time. They had a little girl in the garage area playing. The wife came in to get her and then her car gad issues that the technician had to attend to with some antifreeze. Then another person maybe an employee came into the garage with his truck and was seen too while paying customers waited.

Absolutely would not bring your car here. I got scammed into replacing over $2,000 worth of parts which did not need to be replaced. Horrible service and avoid auto care here at all costs.

Stay away people .!! I was promised to finish my car by 1:30 and its almost 5 stilll not done.!! What a waste of people ..!!

Took my car here 3 times in the last 2 years for swapping winter/summer tires. 3 times in a row, they failed to sync the tire pressure sensors, even after they said this last time they "double checked". Then today they said "every time you bring it in for this, you have to bring it back". Done here, will find a new place.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the AAA Car Care center in Edison. Despite spending over $2,000, my car still shakes at high frequencies, as though the alignment or tire balance is off, but it doesn’t make any noise. I had to bring my car back multiple times, each time being given a different explanation. Now, there’s a strong WD-40 smell in the car that hasn’t dissipated after a week, causing headaches for me and my passengers. The issue remains unresolved, and the entire team has been unapologetic. After this is resolved, I will never return.

Couldn't start car in morning. Technician appeared afterb6 hours in an unmarked vehicle and couldn't find my simple address. He was dischevled in appearance. Forgivable. It took too many hours to get service. Mechanic took some time to find out where battery was. Said it's in trunk which it was not. Removed weather seal (ill get to this)on engine to attempvtobaccess battery. Did not know to how to access battery. Put his tools on trunkbarea carpeting. I insisted laying a protective mat (my own mat) in the trunk to place tools on but he couldn't find battery there. When compketechecwasvto close the hood on top of displaced weather strip.hevdid not reinstall at all. He just left the mounting laying atop the engine coverv and was going to slam the hood on it. I c a ught that error and corrected him. He replied, "Oh, I missed that".
Then found positive terminal extension and continued diagnosis. Stated car needs alternator. OK WITH ME.

Everyone was very dismissive and rude. I'm going to buy vehicle insurance and they just looked me up and down and didn't help me. So how do you treat future clients?

When I first came here I was welcomed nicely. It was after they received money from me that the attitude changed to them being unprofessional towards me. My car after they fixed my AC; among others was not working right. My AC was still blowing heat, my car was feeling unsteady; as if the alignment was completely off. When I went to them concerned about my safety, I was told there’s nothing they could do, and that I should leave the car and come back for it later. I kept telling them I have work the next morning; and I was told by the manager there’s nothing they could do because they only have 2 mechanics. I am very disappointed and will not go there again. This people are very expensive with poor customer service. Please be patient and shop around, don’t be among the disappointed customers.

I seriously question the workmanship of this place. Going back multiple times over the course of a few weeks to fix an issue is not right. I was covered under warranty for the work they did, but then they kept on discovering new issues each time I went back in. This went on for a few weeks. Its unfortunate because in the past they were very good.
Look elsewhere when searching for a good quality mechanic, I thought I found one here, but I was so wrong. I will be going elsewhere for mechanic work from now on.

Went for an oil change took them 1hr 40 min. Service was unbelievably slow. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Took my passport picture here. charged me $9 when the company previously said it’s covered under my membership.
The WORST part was they were making excuses to the poor quality of the pic for my OILY SKIN.
First of all, no one would like to hear their face is too oily so the picture is not coming out well. If you had a proper area and lighting to take pictures instead of doing it by a random wall, it would’ve probably came out so much better.
I was coming straight from work so did not have time to fix my makeup or anything, and hearing this was very stressful.
Now I am not going back to AAA for my passport pic.
