Clothes are fine. Service isn't so great. Was here at 5:15 on New Years Eve. The fitting rooms were closed and the workers were gossiping and eating behind the cash register. Customers walking around One person was ringing us up while the other person just ate and talked. Total turnoff.

Never heard such a ridiculous explanation of a policy. Telling a customer they must give you their email address in order to return a item they brought and have a paper receipt for is a violation of various Privacy Laws. This policy is also NOT on the reverse side of the paper receipt. If the information conveyed to me was incorrect Management should quickly educate their employees before it creates a bigger issue, imo, down the road.

Audriana the worker helped me and my boyfriend out today with trying on different clothes and we got a variety of things! She was so helpful and so kind. She made our experience great!

I do not get well treatment at areopostel Woodbridge mall, from the door I felt discriminate and here what I experience, the associate Kevin was Soo unprofessional. I was never ask for help. Kevin followed me around the store very obvious in my movements, a fellow brown man at that. I witnessed him run to other associates and was quickly met with numerous eyes on my while I was shopping for the buy one get one parachute cargo pants. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to break the tension by asking for a pant size in large cuz all they had was small and medium in white. After I was told there was none. I was never offered an online order pick up, felt rush out Throughthe store..will never shop

The location has the same inventory on their website but on the website it's somehow cheaper than at the store. This needs to be fixed, or at least honor the online pricing.
