I was shopping for my husband and my sons. After selecting my items I got behind a customer as I thought that was the line. An employee named LouAnne points to the other side while helping her customer and says the line starts there (clearly NOT visible as the other side says ‘exit’). Her tone and demeanor were of asking were very belittling as if we had done something wrong. At this point it’s been 3-4 mins of us waiting- the other employee finishes ringing up the customers and announces that she’s going on her break now. LouAnne had been done with her customer but was completely ignoring us, lacked customer service - pretended to be doing some other things on the computer, adding sensors to other items on the register. After the girl announced, we continue to stand there while LouAnne is still doing her thing. At this my husband and I asked her is there anyone else that will ring us up? And she’s like oh yes, I will after I finish putting my return away!
Her goal should be to acknowledge and get us rung up right away- instead she made us wait like we didn’t matter. After that she’s like ok you can come up now.
As she’s ringing us up, 2 more customers lined up exactly where we had first because clearly the signage isn’t visible. She continues to ring us up and says NOtHING to the other customers. And I pointed that out to her, aren’t you going to let them know where the line starts? And she said yes I will after you are done…I said what? You didn’t hesitate to tell us to move while you were ringing up the other customer.
Even after the entire experience, she did not apologize once or say thank you after ringing us up. She lacks customer service skills and should not be the front face of the brand.. she is so arrogant and needs to be trained.

The best customer service here!! Joe the manager is so nice! They are very attentive and helpful! Joe is very friendly and a great guy!

Good store . We like the range of clothes here . A little pricey but some of the products are good .. we generallly tend to buy mens clothing here . Not much of discounts when we went . Service and billing could be better and faster . Overall a good store … conveniently located inside Menlo Park mall. Parking is a bit of an issue on weekends and evening times . Lots of eateries next to this shop.

It used to be a great location. Now they change their COVID-19 protocols on a day-to-day basis and use them to cover unrelated things. I tried to return two pairs of jeans that did not fit, exact same size fit and color each. Because one had the tags and the other did not, they only allowed me to return one due to “COVID-19”. How one has anything to do with the other is totally beyond me, but to not even offer me store credit so I could just purchase a different pair is stupid and unreasonable on their part, much like their fitting room policies. Like I said, the COVID policies change day-to-day at this place, including whether they let you use the fitting rooms. If you make the mistake of visiting them on a day where it’s closed, they basically tell you that it’s your own problem; you have to try them on at home and God help you if they don’t fit because you probably won’t get far if you try to return them. You know it’s a terrible experience when you’re ready to shop at Kohl’s instead.
