Waited in line 20 minutes only to be directed to another area to wait, for another 20 minutes, for sales person which never came over. I walked out in disgust and told them they just lost a $1200 sale!!!!

I had the fastest experience with this specific Apple location. I was greeted with pleasure from the front girl to Andrew who helped me with my issue with an iPad. I was very pleased at the overall customer service here.

It takes two days to get an appointment for a 15 min repair/ warranty claim for an AirPod not functioning correctly. Apple has immense data on the store traffic, they have more cash than most countries. Apple needs to invest its resources to accommodate its customers. It’s 2023 - figure it out. Unacceptable to wait two days for this type of service.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jesus. Let me just start off by saying that Jesus was actually a gentleman checking us in at the door when we first walked in and then realized that after 15 minutes passing by my husband and I still were not with a sales person. He took the initiative to walk over to us and asked us if we were already assisted. We proceeded to let him know that we did not have a sales person yet and he ended up helping us himself, which to my husband, and I that was super customer courteous. He saw customers waiting and took it upon himself to get the job done super amazing work super knowledgeable. Jesus took his time explained everything to my husband and I. He went over Features went over benefits with us explained Apple care, amazingly, which we took advantage of. I just needed to leave a review for Jesus and explain how amazing he did. Great job Jesus. My husband and I wish you all the best and continue your work leader ship.

a) Inside its vacant and long walkin line outside the store, if you are coming in, take 1 hour extra.b) Apple boasts customer experience, but I am shredding away because of its super worst customer experience at store.c) Blue jacket guy at entry Oct 15, 4.15 PM is worth less to chat, I just asked is it queue for walkin, this guy didnt even looked at me and said, then why do you think all the others are waiting for.d) Super slow, worthless to own an apple anymore. If you want to test your patience, try this store....

Book your product in advance (online) and pick it up / setup here for a better experience. I have seen long wait line (especially where new products are introduced) but that'd be the case anywhere. Great employees who listen to you patiently and take time in explaining everything.

My family and I had an outstanding experience at this Menlo Park Apple Store the last few times I went to the apple store because of a brilliant young man that worked there named Gus. When we first walked into the store we knew we wanted a cheap Macbook but were not sure of the pros and cons between M1 and M2 chips. He never skipped a beat, providing honest consumer advice and wealth of knowledge on every single detail and product; there was not a single question that stumped him. We even started having interesting discussions on the side timeline and evolution of apple’s tech and the potential of their future products in the next coming years. Outstanding customer service and excellent patience. Gus also instrumental in helping us set up our new MacBook Air when we came back to the store. Even when the store was packed with other customers, understaffed with every single other employee occupied with another customer, and the store had no room to accommodate us at the help desk; despite all that Gus made sure we felt seen and cared so we knew that we were in line. A true professional, we never felt pressured to upsell, and he even informed us of student discounts and sales promotions that we would have never known existed. I will definitely be coming back to this store soon for my next apple purchases and be asking for Gus’s personal care the next time we come back.

I walked into this Apple Store at Menlo Park today and surprisingly no one even welcomed me at the entrance like they did before when I bought my phone there. I kept walking around looking at the products and no one even asked me if I need anything but a lot of the staff were standing around and chatting. I had to approach a pair of them to ask a question and she said they usually wait for a customer to be assigned to them. They saw me walking around the shop and never bothered to greet me.

Delaware apple store employees give completely false information to customer. Bought 2 brand new iphone 14 pro from this store was told i could trade in my devices with any apple store in the country. Went back to new jersey to return my phones at menlo park and these store employees didnt help out at all. Again apple store employees giving out false information. They told me they cannot process my trade in instead they asked me to call apple support and start new trade in. Called apple support talked for 2 hrs and they said we cannot process trade in or send kit because i bought the item in store. This is ridiculous and unacceptable from apple. They are passing my case from one person to other and no one is wanting to help us.

They seemed pretty busy, we were told there was a wait, and I don't know if it was a good day or what, but I don't think we even waited ten minutes. Great service, we were in and out with what we needed!

Kirby is the sweetest and most patient associate ever!!! We had to do a phone to phone transfer and it turned out to be a lot of trouble due to the phone being purchased from another region of the world. Kirby tried every way possible to help us but most notably was her patience, understanding and kindness in explaining each step of the process to me and my parents. We deeply appreciated her time and help. Bless and protect her at all cost!

What a great experience!! Andrew and Tashir (I am probably jackin up his name and I sincerely apologize), are two of the most customer focused teammates I have ever encountered. They were adamant about me leaving satisfied with what I came in for. True professionals and deserve to be recognized for their big picture mindset. Thank you both! The store itself, its apple, can't go wrong with that.

Sales are friendly, but this time there's no one to check-in us or probably missed noticing us when we entered. So we had to wait extra 10 more minutes in order to get our turn to buyan iPhone 14plus for my wife. They sold us a new charging plug for extra $20, which I recommend if you haven't had one already.We didn't buy an insurance to phone though.

Two days two hours a day of waisted time. All they can do is to provide you with misleading information and swipe your card. Manager David and sales reps had no intention to help. After failing to have my data transferred to a new phone, promised that a technical representative will call me at an arranged time, but nobody called. Promised that I would be able to mail my old phone once data is transferred, but that turned to be just another lie per Apple rep who I am on the phone with now after 20 minutes wait time. Filing a corporate complaint. We are all at a mercy of technotyrans.
