So bad. Horrible. Avoid at all cost. I feel defrauded.
My clothes was oversized, I tried and she pinned and sent to a tailor (note: they don’t tailor onsite so the person doing your clothes won’t be able to see you try it). They added two lines on the sides without asking and now the dress doesn’t fit. Each place they modified is ridiculous.
Also they are horrible at timing. Said it would be ready in a week. Called a day before to confirm and they said I could come in. When I went, it was not ready and no apologies at all. They say they’d call when it’s actually ready. Another week went by and nothing at all. I called again and apparently it’s been ready for a while. And when I picked up, boom, a ruined dress. What a mess.

Stained my white dress shirt with turmeric powder. Not sure why something like that is near my shirt at a dry cleaning place. The man didn’t seem apologetic or anything. Just shrugged his shoulders and said he needs another 3 days to “try” to get it out when I needed the shirt for the next day. Idk why I was referred to go here.

Fast, affordable, and reliable!!! I only use this dry cleaners, I’m able to pick my clothes up the same day and if not they are ready the very next day. Always friendly service. I’ve even gotten suits tailored here.

Travelled all the way from Massachusetts to get my Indian wedding outfit dry cleaned! I am honestly amazed at how well they dealt with my outfit considering it was hand stitched with delicate beads.
