I have a chain of barbershops in the Philadelphia area and keith has helped me with all 5 his equipment and chairs are always excellent quality he hand delivers the items. He is so personable thank you I will always reccomend this company! great prices and great customer service

Orders 5 tables that arrived not working Keith the owner said he would fix them he picked them up never returned them kept our money , he's a crook Theif conman should be deported , his Chinese's tables break don't work he's on the run very bad , stay clear from this alien

The owner of this company is awful. He managed to send out his delivery men two hours before the time we agreed upon the day prior. As a result I lost a client. We also agreed when I purchased the equipment that his men would assemble and place said equipment into a specific room in my studio. After countless phone calls to Keith Wu and arguing with his delivery men that this was in fact what we agreed upon he suddenly “remembered “ and even had the audacity to tell me to tip his men for his screwup (mind you I lost a client because he can't keep a schedule or his story straight). To make matters worse the delivery men left a huge scratch on my hardwood floors and nearly took my banister off the wall when bringing the equipment to the second floor (again all things we had discussed the day I made the purchase so this was not a surprise to Mr. Wu. However, he did tell me that he “got many orders that same day and couldn't keep them straightâ€. What?! Then why do you run a business??). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the equipment isn't as horrible as this so called businessman. Will never buy from Athena Beauty again.

We at Spa St Tropez located in NY have been purchasing from Athena Beauty Supply for twenty years. I met the owner of Athena, Keith Wu at a NYC beauty expo and purchased hot towel cabinets, facial beds, microdermabrasion machines, and countless more items over the years. The products have all been of quality and if something ever breaks down they will send their knowledgeable service repair person Wing to you on the double. Yes there is a small fee but I will gladly pay it to have our very high use machines serviced. I cannot say enough about how fair this company is, their pricing is great and customer service outstanding. Take it from us you are in great hands with this company!

I have a friend that has taken great care of me and the CEO of Athena Beauty, Keith Wu took advantage of his trust and sold him broken equipment calling it new. Do not deal with this company and never pay them up front. Very shady company.

Terrible customer service! They sent me a broken steamer and have refused to answer my phone calls and emails. I have since filed a dispute through my credit card company. Save your money, shop elsewhere!

Worst customer experience ever! Doesn't deserve even one star! 1) the staff barely speaks English! Communicating was painful. 2) the product was defective! It cracked and they will not replace! 3) Keith told me he would send another part that was missing, I've waited 3 weeks and made several calls. No reply or the part! 4) no reply to my email asking them to make this situation right. 5) charged me $25 just for shipping! Ridiculous! I will never use this company again for my spa equipment needs. Seriously unbelievable and a waste of my time and money!
