Terrible customer service! Staff are fairly young.. maybe just out of high school or collage aged. They rarely smile, barely greet customers and when they do, it's cold. They often get orders wrong, and when they get called out on it, they get attitude and mumble things under their breath. I do not recommend coming to this location! If I can leave a negative star, I would.

probably the worst location to ever grab a cup of coffee. Workers are very rude and the manager is rude as well. I get it you don't want to work at DD but please don't be mean to the customers. The manager doesn't discipline her rude employees but in fact rewards them with free food. what are you rewarding the rude girls for? Horrible spot horrible food horrible service. Negative stars!

I come here literally all of the time on weekends to get my work done and just have a iced refresher. The workers are pretty efficient. Once someone took my online order by accident and the guy made me a new one right away when I told him. This is perfect if you need a quiet place to study.

I was quite upset with the drink I got. I ordered an iced green tea with strawberry popping bubbles. I was literally so disappointed. There were so little popping bubbles. They gave me a big paper straw. Fine. Good for sucking up the bubbles. However, it was too short for comfort and almost impossible to stab through the lid hole. They need to modify their lids for these straws. Very disappointed. However, I will say their caramel cold brew is good. The Charli cold brew is just an overpriced caramel cold brew. Save your money.
