I have been using AT&T for over 15 years and although the service hasn’t been perfect, the attention and efforts to solve any issues, has been great. I will continue use the service and specially for their great network.

so I went to AT&T at Menlo to help me set up my new phone and I told them that I wanted to start with the $65 plan that was agreed upon and when I got my bill my bill was almost $160 because I was signed up for the $95 bill and on top of that there is a $43 activation fee and I realize that they were dishonest with me and they signed me up for a plan. I did not want as well as adding a bunch of extra fees I was not aware of. I had to go to a different AT&T to have them adjust it. However the bill I still have to pay is about $100 do not go to this AT&T they will screw you over and not help you the first time

The 5 stars were ALL earned by Kelvin. The beyond his control very long wait and overall disorganized atmosphere was mind boggling. When I finally got to Kelvin he took charge of the problem and he got my problem fixed in moments. ATT reward Kelvin and start over!

I reached out customer service department through on ATT Company by Phone , that person make my cell phone totally cut off from System (due to her lack of knowledge and language barrier are from 3ed country) and I am helpless from that moment.The customer service representative I spoke at ATT store -Menlo Park, NJ, RamanJeet , He was not only courteous and empathetic but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my issue, ask pertinent questions to better understand the problem, and then troubleshoot the issue. What truly impressed me was his patience in guiding me through the steps, ensuring I understood each one. His expertise and willingness to help made a world of difference during a frustrating time.I'm delighted to report that, thanks to the assistance I received, my cell phone issue was resolved quickly and correctly. I was back to full functionality within a matter of minutes, and this significantly reduced the disruption to my daily life. Their employees are extremely deceptive when it comes to switching plans and not disclosing the fees that are associated with it.Also they had me open a DIRECTV plan and to cancel it after a month. They said this was to get additional money for the phone I traded in after discussing it with a representative over the phone (not a store employee) I found out it was completely unnecessary and that they were probably just trying to boost their DIRECTV customer signups. I suggest if you want to do anything when it comes to switching your plan or upgrading a phone just do it online or talk to a rep over the phone they credited me all the unnecessary costs that I received from doing business at this location. Avoid this store.

Had the pleasure of meeting Msiba. Her customer service was A+. My issue was addressed w care, knowledge and in timely fashion. AT&T should be extremely proud to have her as an employee.

Illegitimate scam business that steals money. Unresolved issue for 6+ months, non-existent customer service. Stay away to protect yourself. Pursuing legal action if corporate does not assist.

ILLEGITIMATE BUSINESS. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!! THEY STOLE $1,100 FROM ME AND GHOSTED ME FOR 6+ MONTHS. THEY CAN GHOST AND STEAL FROM ME BUT TELL DISCOVER CARD IT WAS A LEGITIMATE CHARGE? THEFT AND SCAMS HAPPENING HERE.
