Worse place to go. Gave us a dirty sink, not enough cabinet handles and charged us extra for blind spot cabinet covers.

I recently purchased kitchen cabinets, countertops, and vinyl flooring from AVL Kitchen and Cabinets for a condo remodel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. The delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was top-notch. Very delayed delivery, poor communication, chipped cabinets upon arrival, very disappointing experience overall. As indicated in the response from the business below, she tried to use character assault and inaccurate background to justify the poor service which is very telling about the nature of this type of business and what you can find from this business. She received 10 text messages related to timing - not hundreds (I do not even have their email - and only called once to inquire when they arriving on the day of because they never shared that info!). That is a lie- as it most of the review response below. And they did not credit 50% by no means...that is also a lie. Lies, insults and hurtful language should never happen with a business to a customer and any customer should beware not only from this review, but from other reviews as well. Read the customer experience to validate the choice to go down the road to another provider before being subjected to mistreatment.

I stumbled across AVL Cabinets when I was looking for a kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Amy was incredibly helpful in narrowing down my options and guiding me to build the kitchen of my dreams. I needed something on a tight timeline, and she ensured everything was ready within my timeframe. One of the cabinets had a small chip, likely from delivery, but Amy promptly replaced it without hesitation. My kitchen turned out amazing, and I'm overjoyed with the results. The marble backsplash was the cherry on top. Highly recommend AVL Cabinets for their exceptional service and quality!

AVL was recommended by a friend. When I consider to remodel the kitchen and bathroom, I discussed all the issues with Amy of AVL. I was convinced by her knowledge and experience, in particular her dedication to serve the customers. During the entire process, from choosing cabinets, countertop, kitchen sink, bathroom vanity, etc. She provided excellent professional suggestions, then kept me informed of progress. All the projects were well done within three weeks. My expectations are appropriately met. She is professional, effective and patient. I will definitely recommend AVL to anyone who has renovation needs.
