Overall a nice place with friendly and attentive staffs. I received help from different staffs when trying clothes. Only gave it four stars because the selection of clothes is kind of limited. There are much more selections online.

One of the best shopping experiences I've had. Gaby was very helpful in putting together a wardrobe that compliments my taste. I feel great ? Much appreciated!

Horrible service. There were 4 associates standing talking and they couldn’t be bothered to say hello. No one offered to help me. I will find another Banana Republic to support.

Back in the day, I used to frequent this Banana Republic store for online returns since Woodbridge doesn't have a store. The store's layout used to be an even 50-50 split between men's and women's apparel. The men's section here has always been limited compared to the selection at larger BR stores (e.g. North Brunswick, Bridgewater, Short Hills) especially in terms of suit sizing, but over the past decade the women's section has been gradually displacing the men's section, which now occupies less than 1/4 of this store's shelf space. I'm guessing this is due to shifts in the dying demographic of shoppers who still shop for clothes via brick-and-mortar. Store associates here have always been helpful (probably because they're usually not teenagers), and like at other BR locations the cashier is located in the middle of the store. How this BR store has managed to stay afloat for this long is a complete enigma, considering that all of its neighbors on the second floor crumbled (even before the pandemic) and have since been replaced by off-off-off brand retailers, a slime factory, and a wine & paint studio. Even the Gap store here didn't survive. This particular wing of Menlo Park Mall on the second level has historically been very prone to turnover, so I'd keep an eye out for any liquidation announcements in the near future.

Totally waste of time, wouldn’t recommend this place at least for mean while. Had high stakes about this location, which made me down with no selection of cloths compared to other outlets. I really don’t know how they survive rents, with store completely empty.

Probably one of my favorite store in Menlo. Great prices along with great materials, something that can last you for a long while. Fyi use your student or military ID and you get an extra 15% off on your purchase! They don't necessarily display this but definitely ask because they certainly take it.
