Worst service of any BoA location. ATM in drive is constantly broken and not taking cards. Went into walk up and it never told me they only dispenses $100 bills. Come on BoA this isn’t rocket science

Ms Mukta Gupta is a very professional banker and gave an excellent service to my family who visited the bank to open a new account. I wasn’t able to be there with them but I was happy to see that all their concerns were resolved by Ms Gupta.I highly recommend this branch of BOFA.

Went to open a bank account. Mukta Gupta was very helpful and patient walking us through everything, as we were foreigners and new to the US banking system. Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly and helpful behind the counter and at the desk where I was directed for my needs. They both greeted me and asked how they can help me. And the facility was very clean.

I stood in the lobby while 2 associates talked to each other and then went to the safe. The manager stayed in the phone for 15 straight minutes with more and more customers coming inside. Finally they start working again but before the manager (Coy), walks out the door without helping anyone, she starts talking to one of the associates about their own business. Again while customers waited. Finally the associates said we can’t be helped because they are closed, as it was now 4pm. It would have been very helpful of they stop talking to each other and use better customer service skills. We could’ve avoided that wait for nothing. The timing made us miss other banks before they closed as well. Never use this bank of you can avoid it. I wish I could leave negative stars or none at all.

Bad location. Always understaffed and do not honor your position in line when waiting. Sometimes hours!

What a mortifying experience! 1st let me say I do not keep balances here however that should not impact the service I receive as a client. I was having such a rough week and you never know what someone is going thru! I had transactions disputed with a representative over the phone and request that my card be closed a few days prior to my in branch visit. I was having some issues with my phone and my eSIM was not working therefore my cellular service was impacted. I wasn’t able to speak with a rep over the phone because I couldn’t be authenticated with the phone number on file. I was advised to visit a location with my ID and they would be able to give me a status on the claim. I did just that. I visited a location with my state ID,valid state ID and closed debit card. The debit card that I requested be closed because of the dispute that was filed. I stood on the teller line for a couple of minutes patiently. there were two tellers both taking large deposits, after being closed in celebration of Juneteenth. The wait is not the issue for me. I understand that other customers were being serviced. The supervisor or store manager was helping a client open the safe deposit box. A rep kindly came over to the teller line and pulled me off the line and took me to her desk after I told her what I needed. I gave her my ID explain the situation and also gave her the closed card. After accessing my account, she told me that I would not be able to get any information on my account not even a balance, because she can’t authenticate me by sending a verification code to my phone. That has unreal! As a person that’s worked in the banking industry for over 15 years, if a customer comes in the branch with valid ID, How dare you rely on technology to authenticate them when physically in front of you. It honestly was nonsensical it was hurtful, and discriminatory. If I needed to use technology, I would not visit a branch. Banking human is not a priority at Bank of America or it’s just I was discriminated against because I don’t have a large balance.Ultimately, the branch manager helps me. How dare anyone say you need to be authenticated by a phone if I’m physically in the branch. If my account is unable to be access without code sent to my phone number on file then the employee should not be able to review my account bc WHAT ARE YOU THERE FOR?! . I was baffled with the logic, or lack of logic of having to come to a branch and still rely on a text message. Wow. I thought you wanted more people in the branch because we are gravitating towards technology. SMH. Discrimination is real and not to be tolerated.

Avoid this branch. You have a better experience at the DMV than work working this group of people.

In all my 15+ years of banking with BOA, I have yet to have a good experience at this branch. Honestly, I try to avoid going to the branch if at all possible, but in the event I do have to go, I will try choose any branch but this one, even if it means driving further. I have never been greeted at the this branch. The staff consistently prioritizes their personal conversations over helping customers. It's truly shocking how many times this has been my experience. The one time I was making a deposit the teller was down right rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Another time, my math skills failed me and incorrectly added the sum of my deposit on the slip. I quickly realized after leaving the branch and immediately called to inform of the correction needed. The manager said it's not the branch's responsibility to check my math. Seriously?! So people can just whatever they wish to on the slip and the branch isn't responsible for ensuring accuracy??Lastly, every time I call this branch, regardless of the time of day no one answers the phone. It's such a frustrating experience each and every time that I'm ready to pull my money out and bank else where.

This is the worst BOA branch I’ve went to.People are waiting in line and just 1 person working at the window chatting and joking with 1 customer forever and nobody in the booth seems to care how many customers are waiting in line while they are just sitting on their desks. The worst customer service!
