Not use this Location in your life."I visited Bank of America yesterday to make a withdrawal at the drive-through. The transaction went smoothly, but the trouble began when the machine inside the stock didn't return my money. To make matters worse, Bank of America charged my account for this transaction error. I tried calling the bank multiple times, but no one responded to my concerns. It's frustrating that the ATM inside the branch is never in working order. I'd recommend going the extra mile to use another ATM, as this branch is not reliable. It's disheartening when your money is taken, and the branch doesn't provide any assistance."

It’s the worst location ever. Save yourself a trip and humiliation if dealing with their staff like the lady named Sunitha Chawan. Today I went to ask for a notary. She would have told me nicely that she cant do the notary for my document. Instead she was so disrespectful and treated me as if I am so illiterates. The other ladies are very good to give me appointment. Classic example of poorest customer service from her.

I had visited this branch and applied for customized cash reward card. They mentioned that I’ll get the $200 cash back if I spend atleast $1000 in 90 days. I didn’t get the cash bonus even after qualifying all these conditions. When contacted the customer support, I have been told that my card is Secured product and this doesn’t apply. Also I see a deduction of $100. Very disappointed

It’s the worst location ever. They should close this location. Useless service. They should shut down if they cannot hire people to work here. It’s a ghost place. Bank of America its shame on you. can’t you hire more people? Service is wretchedly slow.

Classic example of poorest customer service. I prefer to drive a mile longer to another branch due to the fact that I have been turned down on more than 4 occassions for notary. If you are lucky, ATM at the bank works. Save yourself a trip and humiliation if dealing with their staff like a guy named "German".

Poor customer service. Rahul Swamy just hangs up on you. I have called in to check on my check deposit which was deposited on 04/01/2019 at 10:47 AM at BOFA bank located on wood ave and I don't see the deposit reflected on my account even after 10 days and I have called in to check on it as BOFA customer service rep asked me to call the bank as they couldn't help, but Rahul tells me to call the customer care. No effort is taken to even hear out what has happened.
