This branch happens to be not only close but most friendly among ones I have been to. Never a long queue for any service and everyone is so friendly that I wish all branches can copy the customer experience (the level) and execute. Why not 5-stars? Too much cross-selling when all you need is a simple deposit and you want to get out.
