As someone who has shopped at bath and body works for 34 years my first nasty experience I recieved ever was st this location. Upon walking into the store there was no one that greeted you, went over the promos that were going on. Well needless to say I left without spending g close to 300.00

This happened on December 23, 2023 (yesterday as I type this)My mother recieved a candle as a gift, unfortunately it was eucalyptus scented. It is brand new and unused.I am epileptic and cannot inhale eucalyptus as it will trigger a seizure. My mother was told by the sweet woman at the door that she could get an even exchange, when she went to the reigster and a supervisor was called. The supervisor was a blonde Caucasian woman and refused. She then berated my mother over this and suddenly asked for $8.99. My mother is still very upset over this as am I and if someone won't accommodate another person's disability, it is not worth coming back to this store.

I was extremely humiliated today by the manager. I went to exchange candles from the candle sale. As per policy I have 14 days to exchange with any candle becuase of the candle day sale promo. Bath and body customer care confirmed this on the phone with me. However in the store the manager was extremely rude during my exchange. After spending a lot of money at bath body works this holiday seaosn, it was extremely humiliating to be treated unfairly. Yes this store has more variety but the customer service was very rude.

worker alexis so rude and nasty. didn't greet me or other customers she was to busy on her phone. gave me the nastiest attitude when i asked a question she gave me such a nasty look as if i ran over her dog. love shopping at bed bath and body works but i think ill go to another location even if that means a longer drive just so i can avoid that nasty and rude worker again

Alexis is a TERRIBLE manager and had the worst customer service attitude. I came in with one of my girlfriends and she was just standing there with some other employee. I had to threaten to call corporate in order for her to actually do her job. Once someone else came out to help her she smiled at her and tried to make it seem like we were the crazy ones. I told Vanessa or Veronica I think her name was that she has a nasty attitude and should not be working here or in any position. She needs to be fired. Never in my life have a i experienced this and the staff there is normally so friendly especially Diane. To see someone like her bring the rest of them down is sad. Bath & Body works do better!

I had a gift card that was given to me on my birthday, Alexis on the register today was so unnecessarily mean and not willing to help me with a gift card, I’m not use to be doing bad reviews but this girl was clearly not happy to help anyone today, she was literally complaining about me not knowing how to use the gift card in my face, honestly disgusting attitude and 0 customer service skills, someone like her should not be on retail.

Alexis the manager at bath & body works Menlo Park location was the best n amazing and she was very very helpful n great. Thank you Alexis for your excellent customer service.Two thumbs up. ?????Alexis was the best best n super great..Alexis bcoz of ur all super big help was order was completed.. she is perfect for manager. Will definitely recommend this location.
