Recently I was looking to buy a DJI handheld mobile gimbal and Beach camera has the exact model that I want. They have it in 'open box' and the price is much cheaper than the retail price. Beach camera offers free shipping to most of its items and I am completely satisfied with the gimbal as it just looks new & works perfect to me. I will shop at Beach camera for sure!

I bought a piece of workout equipment here. I saw it listed on the company website for almost twice what I payed. Someone posted a link to Beach Camera. I'd never heard of it so I was hesitant but because of the great price I took a chance. The item was delivered on time in perfect condition and I got a discount code! I will definitely be shopping here again. I would also add that I found the item on Amazon but went here for the discount. I found a whole lot at better pricing than Amazon so I will be looking more often!

Company is fast with shipping and making sure they are resolving your concerns. Mine was I keep getting open box/used Samsung IconX wireless earphones. After 2 attempts it's still the same. However customer service is working with management/warehouse to fix this. They did offered me a partial refund which I thought was fair. But I really just wanted a new factory sealed one advertised as new.

Found this website randomly when looking for a specific camera. They had the GH6 in stock as an open box for a really great deal. Camera came and its absolutely perfect. Doesnt looks like its even been touched. Having a blast. Their free shipping is amazing, and things always ship out promptly. I was also able to take advantage of the in house credit card for 24mo financing. This is my go to store for electronics. Glad to have found them.

Please consider the information below before purchasing from this vendor... Their online reviews are manipulated to remove damaging reviews in exchange for money. I ordered through Amazon a Ninja CFP307 DualBrew Pro coffee maker, but received a CFP301. The Permanent Filter Basket ($25.18 including tax & S/H) was missing. Also, the Removable Brew Basket (another $25.18 including tax & S/H) was slightly broken, though that may have happened during transit, not sure. I attempted unsuccessfully to superglue the broken part together, so I had to replace it. I also purchased a replacement permanent filter basket. I contacted the seller about these issues and was offered a $50+tax refund, which I accepted. However, before the refund was processed, I was contacted by a representative of Beach Camera named Charlie S via phone. I didn't answer the unrecognized number, so he left a voicemail suggesting I call him back on a different number, which I did later that same day. I got a recorded greeting asking me to text him with my name and the Amazon Order #, which I did. I also gave a summary of the issue and the current status, indicating I was content with the refund offered and would consider the matter closed once that was received... But Charlie had a different motive. He asked me if I would remove my Amazon review in exchange for a full refund of the purchase price. I was disgusted & offended at this and made it known to him. He tried to rephrase his offer and insisted that wasn't what he meant, but I called him on his bullshit because that's exactly what he meant and was trying to do. Read the attached screenshots of the entire conversation and decide for yourself. I advised him that I would be notifying Amazon of this violation of their policies and that if it were possible to update my review on Amazon, I certainly would do so, but not in the way he wanted. Sadly, there is no way to update an Amazon review, only to delete it, and once it's deleted, you cannot add another seller review for the same transaction. Here's the exact phrasing of the policy displayed on the review delete confirmation dialog: "Please note: If you remove your feedback, you will not be able to submit any other feedback related to this order. In addition, your current rating and comments will no longer be included in the seller's feedback history or visible to other customers." So, I will be adding my updated seller review on other platforms, including this one.

UPDATE: February 5, 2024 - After Albert posted his comment I was contacted by a customer rep who made it right. Raising my review to 4 stars. Thanks. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: I have previously purchased from Beach Camera and was satisfied primarily because of their competitive prices and fast delivery. I just purchased a *new* Garmin watch. Delivery was stated as 4-ish business days, however, I received it in 2 business days! Upon opening the envelope that the Garmin box was shipped in I noticed that the tape on the box looked like it was previously opened. When I opened the box, the plastic screen protector on the watch face was on crooked and bent. Hmmmm... The watch did not appear to be used, however, when I looked for the Garmin charging cable it was either invisible or missing...after some investigation, it was definitely missing :( I called customer service on Monday. The associate was very polite and said that she needed to escalate it to management since it was a new product (comment: new = never sold, not returned, not open box)... It's Friday and I have not heard back even following up with the associate on Thursday. I was going to purchase another one and return this one yet none are available on Beach Camera's site. Suggestion to management - have faith in your associates and allow them to make it right with the customer while we are all on the phone. Or have a 'team lead' who can make a decision while the customer is on the phone. How much time (err money does it cost to escalate this low cost issue???) The Garmin OEM charging cable is $24.95 (retail and I am sure Beach Camera gets them cheaper). Send me a cable, discount the cost of the watch let's get the weekend started!

When I was looking for a new TV, I had the one I wanted in mind but I wanted to go with 24 month, no interes. Beach Camera was the only place at the time that offered it. The only downsides were I never received via email a tracking number.

I purchased a small camera. The transaction went well. They provided good communications on the shipment and I am very happy with the camera in the couple weeks that I have used it. I did not interact with anyone since all went well.

I ordered brand new LG c3 77" on 29th December 2023. I followed up on phone call and through email but they don't have straight answer for me. The $$$ were deducted from my account since 2nd January and to date no updates. I emailed their customer service couple times but no response to my email at all. very unp way to handle orders. Right now I just want to get my order. you would think twice before going back to them.

I have ordered a number of things via Beach. Refurbished is always a better price. When I purchase from Beach, I never have an issue. Once again I am thrilled with my order. Everything came exactly as described, when I expected it. My cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker is awesome. Thanks again Beach.

I'm deeply disappointed with BEACH CAMERA's service. Ordered three luggages with gift accessories advertised, but only received the accessories. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the missing luggages, their response lacked professionalism and care for customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them. Wish I'd seen their terrible reviews earlier.
