I went there today because SOS light was on Carlos from service was amazing and had me out with fixed part ASAP. I would have given zero stars due to the sales rep Will then another who was so irrelevant I can remember his name. Just wanted to know my but out price being my car is a 36 month lease and I have 14 months left and only 5,330 miles on the car excellent condition. The buy out price was so ridiculous it was a slap in the face especially that it would be cash. Then Will had this young guy come up to me after I told him the conversation was over and I would never lease nor buy another Audi if someone gave it to me for free due to the way I was treated. This young guy must have thought I was just some young stupid girl little does he know I was definitely older than him with way more knowledge and way more leases then he’s ever had. He kept saying tell me why are you annoyed or pissed off whatever he was saying he should be fired both of them. Audi has truly lost its value and respect for its customers.
