This location is awful and raggedy by design (*ok they finally renovated but it's still raggedy service wise) and the nasty staff meshes right in. The receptionist has a bad attitude and is unprofessional. My car stopped working while I was driving. Yes while I was driving out of the mall the car turned off, steering wheel locked WHILE I WAS DRIVING! I called this location to let them know the car is being towed there. I call to check before I have my husband drive me there and the receptionist was a ..... Like i'm bothering her. First I called to speak to service to let them know my car stopped while I was driving, the service person was unpleasant and like "I don't have a loaner" basically oh well. I ask to speak with the manager and he's like he's not in his office. I had to yell "GO FIND HIM!" Manager gets on said he will find a car for me but this whole nightmare I'm being treated with rudeness and disrespect. I'm going to find a way to get rid of this car! My husband has a BMW and their customer service is top notch.
***Update 10/10: The following really solidified my irritation and my new search for a new luxury brand of car that also offers luxury service. They claim they did not have loaners BUT after I went off in a tantrum I was given one. The loaner was dirty and dusty, smelled of cheap cologne inside, disgraceful. When I returned the car I see a $4 bill on my AMEX card for .08 miles of gas!!!! No one told me the loaner is from enterprise rental company. It's not, they nickel and dime like it's kia or other alleged lower end car brands!
My review above remains 1 star 0 if possible. I will try mercedes or porche because I want to get rid of this broken car and poor customer service I received. It makes no sense to pay $732 for a car note, alternator breaks down at only 13k miles and then i'm lied to there are no loaners, I am also charged $4 for gas. This is not upscale service at all. My mgr has an audi but she is in TN she said she is always given a loaner if her car needs to be kept and there have been times when the TN audi has even picked her up from work etc. Bell Audi customer service needs a revamp. I do not like how I was treated and nickel and dimed for $4. Dealerships have gas on site. I literally drove the loaner I begged for, home, picked my daughter up from school, then back to the dealer .08miles and they had the nerve to try and bill me for gas! Never told me this is a rental not a loaner with scamming fees. Gas tank was only a drop less than when they gave it to me.

My husband and I purchased an Audi Q3 from Will land Jeff last weekend. We were very happy with the service and the time spent with us going over our options.
