Gave me a tesla instead of a gas car. Was 15 mins late returning the car. They shut at 11 am on a Saturday and I was charged until they reopened on Tuesday after labour day

Easily the worst car rental I’ve ever had! The car was filthy. The guy barely vacuumed it as I waited to pick it up. The smell in the car was unbearable. I would not recommend getting a rental from this location unless you’re ok with all of the above.

The worst experience I have ever had renting a car in my life. Trying to get to a very ill parent. An Avis error tells them "do not rent" to me. A complete shock and so I get on the phone and expect to get this solved. Avis CS phone rep tells the clerk and owner, that I am clear and this is a mistake. The franchisee was rude and says no. Stranded in Iselin, NJ, 5PM on a Friday. No help, no car, no more rentals at Avis/Budget. Lots of other rental cars in the area.

Pretty appalling service. I made a reservation and called this location the previous day to ensure that the car was available and I could pick it up at the specified time. On reaching the rental location, I received a response claiming that they have no cars available and that I could reach out to Budget’s customer service for any complaints. On mentioning that I had talked to someone from the office the previous day. I was given the response “You did not talk to me!!” from the person at the desk. Pathetic!!!

Google should have negative review no star reviews for companies like these. The owner Bobby should know how to talk. My confirmed non -refundable reservation he just canceled it in the morning at 8.00 AM. Moreover he does say that "Please go ahead and do what you feel like". Not sure Budget / Avis should have people like Mr. Bobby representing them. Suffered losses due to his arrogance and unprofessional work ethics. STAY AWAY GO TO OTHER RENTAL BUT NOT THIS EVEN IF HE OFFERS FOR FREE.

Save yourself time and money by not going to this place.1. Office is filthy. It doesn’t matter how office is because you will spend only few minutes.2. They increased the price from the price given in confirmation email.I guess Danny is the owner and has a big attitude issue.

I had a seamless experience renting from this location. Pickup and dropoff was very quick and the vehicle I was given was brand new and in great condition. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Cars are dirty , old dirty masks were in the trunk along work old napkins and mud manager at location could care less along with customer and Costco Travel

Picked up a car which had half tank of gas. Notified the guy who gave me the car. He said bring it back with the same amount of gas, no problem. I did exactly that. Was charged $40 for brining the car back with a half tank of gas. Called many times, and asked nicely for help with the issue. Always a run around and never helped me. Very dishonest people.

The Manager here - Bobby is unhelpful. Don't expect you will be treated nicely. The agents here are good for only check-in and check-out and will not be able to address any issue whatsoever. When I had concern with my reservation, the agent there told me he cannot help and text-ed his manager to call on my mobile who never called back. When I asked agent, e said call customer service, I am willing to help and I understand your concern but I do not have authority to do anything else than check-in and check-out.
