“I’m so glad a friend recommended Carpet Place to me. It was such a wonderful experience from the first phone call with Michelle to picking out the carpet to the installation. Even after the installation, Michelle called me to make sure everything went well. She was so kind and patient and helpful as we were trying to pick what carpets to use for our staircase. Even the gentlemen that came to install the carpeting were so kind and quick and cleaned up well after they were finished. We were extremely pleased with their work—very neat and the carpeting looks beautiful. After they left, we realized that we can use the extra carpet left over, but it needed to be cut to the correct size. We called them and they came right back and did so with a smile! Really such a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend them.”
