couldn’t be happier with the service I received at the Columbia Bank in Raritan Center recently. We usually bank at the Middletown branch, but we stopped into Raritan Center because it was on our way to the airport. The staff—Sean, Joyce, and Lily—were very friendly and went out of their way to help with my transaction. The personalized attention I always receive at either branch makes me feel valued as a customer. They spoke to us about their insurance and home equity products. Unfortunately, I could not speak at length since I had a flight to catch! But I will make sure to call them as soon as I return! I highly recommend Columbia Bank to anyone looking for reliable and community-focused banking experience.

So Disappointing, but this is what happens when the young take over and don't VALUE life long customers. I been with them for over 10 year's. They wanted me to pay $25 to Cash a $46 dollar check I received from one of my customers in Australia. They wasted 31/2 of my weeks to tell me about that little fact.Oh, after I CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS, then I was told he could have WAVED THE FEE!!!!!! A LITTLE TO LATE.COMPANIES BETTER GET WITH THE PROGRAM. LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE TIRED OF BEING TAKEN FOR GRANTED.
