I have to change my review because I had to contact general customer service and Edison customer service for help with my membership and a offer I received by mail. I was giving the runs around on who had to give me an answer, the Edison store I have to call back instead of them following up and the union store never ever call me. So here I am still waiting...it makes me wonder that Costco is no one lands ....
When I entered the store I was somehow confused and upset. The person at the entrance beside being a potty mouth was making everything go slower . Inside the store it was so busy, so many people shopping, a Sunday is the worst day to go to Costco. This was my second time inside a Costco (1st time was to get just the membership) I found good prices and a very good selection. Most employees I encountered were very nice and helpful. I even enjoyed the best hot dog ever!!

I recently joined Costco online and had to come in to have my account activated. I was told by a friendly man at the main entrance in a wheelchair where to go and then I went around to the right side. Then waited to be helped at the Customer Service counter. A nice man named Pablo helped me activate my account and made the process simple. Once I went into the warehouse, there were so many options to buy. Including alcohol. I easily spent over $300 & still could have bought more. That's how many options there were there.

Been going here for years, never had a bad experience. Nor have i ever returned anything. Until I bought a samsung odyssey from here. Went home and the monitor was completely different than advertised and broken. Its was to layer to go back and i did first thing the next day. They would not return it. And management manipulated the situation to make me believe it would be resolved, spoiler it never was, and now they refuse to return my calls. I will not be renewing my membership and i advise everyone else to do the same. Sam club and BJs are so much more bank for your buck. Appalled by the customer service

I like Costco but it's always crowded at anytime of the day. I have tried going to different Costco and always packed. Hard to find parking. If you get in they treat you like a criminal to prove you are a member. The prices are average. They have some neat items that no other store has.
Having a membership is not worth the cost. Costco is too crowded and to get in is like fighting against the waves.
Good Luck if you can get in

Left without purchasing my items because all 3 check out lines went straight to the back wall that the deli is on. I probably wasted $50 worth of my time by visiting this location.

Worst place to shop. All packages are too big to consume and its always crowded on the weekends. This company makes billions of dollars and still have worst mobile app. I can't locate items in this big warehouse using the app. It just says in-stock but where is the item located in this big warehouse? I can't reserve items for pickup using their app. What's the point of paying huge fees for membership if they can't provide a better shopping experience. Its hard to find any employee inside store who knows where to find a specific item. They should learn from homedepot and walmart how to build mobile app.

Deeply disappointed with today’s visit specifically. The cashier rung up my items and missed an item(not my fault)when I got to the door I felt like being prosecuted to a crime I didnt commit..The cashiers are there to make sure they ring all your items and not to miss any.Nicole the supervisor is prejudice and the manager Logan didn’t care at all. Need to retrain them both.

Acquiring a bottle of wine with my mother proved to be quite challenging. It has been difficult to find store employees in recent times, as they are frequently rearranging the wine selection. The store was densely populated, rendering navigation with a shopping cart problematic. Additionally, there were extended wait times at the checkout. Furthermore, locating the restrooms was somewhat inconvenient.
The experience of trying to find a bottle of wine with my mother was unexpectedly frustrating. We encountered significant difficulties due to the apparent lack of available store employees, which has become a recurring issue in recent visits. The staff seemed preoccupied with continuously rearranging the wine selection, making it hard for us to locate specific bottles.
Moreover, the store was extremely crowded, with customers filling every aisle, which made maneuvering a shopping cart particularly challenging. This congestion resulted in frequent delays as we attempted to navigate through the narrow spaces. Additionally, upon reaching the checkout area, we were met with long lines of customers waiting to complete their purchases, prolonging our visit even further.
To add to the challenges, finding the restrooms was also not straightforward. Overall, the combination of these factors made our shopping experience less than satisfactory.
One time my family and I went on Christmas Eve. It took four hours to get out of the parking lot because of traffic and people sitting at the green traffic light at Vineyard Road & Route 27. The light is quick so you have to expect delays like this.

When any business goes over the expectations, it's really crucial to maintain the customer service!
I think this location of Costco is a perfect example.
