Training for employees IMPERATIVE!! Phone mesages are a joke! Phone rings 1 time, and as I run to answer it, employee has already hung up. NO MESSAGE!

After spending literally twice the price at an audiologist for my last 2 hearing aids over the past 10 years, I am delighted with the high level of service and the quality of the device I bought at COSTCO. Plus, as a bonus, the supplies are free.
