Staying for 5 nights during World Series. I’m here Sunday to Friday. Tuesday the TV goes out. Front desk says it’s an issue with the hotel’s subscription. Then we get a letter under our doors. Sorry for the TV issue. No offer of compensation, or anything. Just , “TVs don’t work and won’t for a while, so sorry”.
If I didn’t pay the daily room rate they would throw me out. They don’t give me an integral part of what was promised when I paid for room, and they offer nothing but an apology.

I travel for work and I enjoyed my nights here. Staff very friendly and the bartender Pam is awesome and knows everyone’s order that regularly visits.. Even the people I regularly see are good people to have a conversation with while at the bar..But she make me smile?

Excellent property, I had a a great experience to the fact that I am returning to this hotel and checking in today. This is my place now. Excellent breakfast!! No comparison, I wish they can make their slow elevator fast. Overall excellent experience, highly recommended!!

This was my second stay at the Crowne Plaza, and once again, I headed straight to the bar. To my delight, I was greeted by the same amazing bartender, Pamala. She’s simply the best! Her drinks are consistently great, her service is outstanding, and she has such a warm, pleasant demeanor. Pamala truly elevates the experience every time.

Another doctor and myself had an MRI interpretation seminar at this hotel and used Expedia to book this room like 2 weeks in advance. Had a delayed flight from Chicago and showed up at this hotel to find out that they had given the room away because a guest wanted an extension. We asked for a manager but the man at the desk said there was none. His option was to give us a pullout bed. They wouldn’t give us the room we booked and prepaid for. I usually have good service with Crown Plazas. This place was terrible. We ended up canceling our reservation and taking a taxi to the Fairfield Inn. Luckily they had one room left. I can’t believe he looked us in the face and said our room was given away because a guest wanted an extension. Never again!

Absolutely LOVE this hotel they're one of the few hotels that still clean your room everyday they put new towels and bed sheets everyday and the breakfast is absolutely amazing they people that work there do a great job and I do wanna give a special shout out to Zulema (Hopefully that's how you spell it) she works in the kitchen/lobby and she's always super nice and always running around trying to help in any way she can she learned my order very quickly and always has it all ready when my family and I went down to eat she's definitely the reason we will be coming back to this hotel in the near future ♥️

The amount I paid for this hotel was simply a waste of money. I highly recommend that everyone avoid booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling for work. They turn off the AC at 10 PM and turn it back on at 6 AM, making it difficult to sleep and focus on your work. I suggest choosing a different hotel. I couldn't sleep because it was humid and the AC was turned off.

Just left yesterday from this hotel and it's safe to say this is not a 4 star hotel by any means. When we first walked into the room we were met with this mildew smell that was clearly emanating from the old carpeting. The doors between the room are separated by a thin door and I was awakened by the singing and talking of the occupants of the next room. Having just arrived early that morning, it was annoying to say the least. The following day I woke up to loud noise and talking from underneath my window and looked out and saw that there was football practice taking place on the grounds below. The room were old, the walls thin and the grounds were noisy. Never again.

The hotel got a excellent location when inside you find a very pleasant staff like Pamela the bartender she was very nice and the drinks where amazing
Food and drinks: The bartender Pamela was very engaging and friendly she was able to recommend a good drink and food all was very delicious.
