Just terrible. We have been using them for over 15 years and each year it just gets worse and worse and I am finally going to find a new pharmacy. Last straw is that for 2 different family members, their automated system does not work. They never actually call your doctor when you request for them to do so and if they run into a problem you're not notified. When you finally get a person on the phone they act like it's your fault or your prescriber's. The automatic refill system stops working after you run out of medicine and they don't notify you that you need to tell your doctor yourself bc their system fails. Not to mention an hour wait during the week day to actually pick up something. They had 2 different birthdays listed for my son, names spelled wrong, and wrong location for our pediatrician. DONE! Maybe they are all like this, but I'm determined to find one that doesn't make me so frustrated! As for the store itself, the self-check outs make you feel like a criminal as you can't do anything independently without a cashier implying you're doing it wrong.

Staff is not supporting at all. They always put the phone on hold for approximately one hour and then they give you time to pick up your medicine and when you go to pick up your medicine, they will like not fried you they don’t have with them or not over-the-counter so they just waste of time And didn’t know how to work.

I've been using this location for prescription for many years and I've told my name is not found in the account. I had to go to CVS app, request for pick up, pay for prescriptions, and pick up my prescription within 10 minutes. I have been lost, but now I am found...thank you CVS app!

I like the layout of this CVS, reason is the open entrance gives customers the welcoming space, which other locations usually give the cluttered and stuffed feeling.

I am always happy to shop when Linda is working. She helped with my coupon questions, helped me locate a few items and so when I went to check out, things went smoothly.

Long wait time at the drive-thru. Over 25mins just waiting on line & then another 15mins or so after reaching the window to pick up prescriptions I received "ready for pickup" texts regarding. The drive-thru option is great, but certainly not a time-saver.

Booked vaccine appointments and found out only after arriving they were "out of stock". :(Based on other reviews, seems like a consistently poor performing pharmacy.

Worse pharmacy around, they are always understaffed. There is always some medicine they are out of stock. Never reliable.

This rating applies to the pharmacy, not the retail store. Made this our pharmacy due to its convenient location, but we have consistent issues with prescription pick up. Most recently we did an online prescription refill to avoid the wait, went the next day for the scheduled pickup, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to discover the medication was not even in stock. Why bother offering online prescription refills if it saves no time?

I never really had an issue with this store but the pharmacy is horrible lately, I guess they must be short staffed but have been coming here the past few years for my vaccines. This year it was time sensitive, i needed before starting a new job but had to wait for insurance as i was unemployed for 2 months. I tried calling first for an appointment in the middle of September, i was informed i can just walk in then when i received my insurance i tried to cancel and i created a new appointment online. The staff person couldn't find the other appointment or the new one. He made make the appointment again despite me having a email confirmation. So the day of the appointment i wind up getting a text that my appointment was canceled. I had wait almost 2 hours for the pharmacy to open to ask what happened. They ran out of the covid vaccine the women wasn't very nice and blamed it on Corporate, no customer service skills. I couldn't get a good reason why they gave the priority to walk ins over folks with appointments, it's seems like poor management. I felt i was patient speaking to a couple or so of the associates in the pharmacy for weeks trying get and/or confirm my appointment. I would have took it in more stride but needed proof of flu and covid vaccination for a new job. She made me call twice before volunteering to call another cvs. She could have done this the first time i called? Sure i was upset but they have the responsibility of being professional. I did not like her demeaner also called a something derogatory. I wound up getting the vaccination at the stelton road store, the pharmacist was very professional. This is my second bad experience with the pharmacy in this store. Last year when i received my vaccinations the technician didn't know what she was doing, i had blood streaming down both arms. It was crazy.

The slowest CVS I’ve ever been to. They will tell you to wait for 10 mins for your prescription but you really end up waiting for 45 mins to 1 hour. Always seems to be low staffed and confused.

Horrible photo quality. Everything else is okay.I printed some photos at CVS; however, half of them came out with a blue haze, blurry quality, or with a green streak on the left side. It may be cheap, but do not print your photos at this location.The employee was nice enough to try reprinting my order; however, some of the photos still did not come out right. Then, the manager came over all denied that the pictures were of bad quality... (come on, we can both see it, the evidence is right there). And lectured the employee for being so kind to me.For the rest of the store... it's a pretty standard CVS. Have never used the pharmacy.
