Staff is unfriended and seem to be miserable and not very competent. They could not find my prescription even so they called me. Pharmacist found it in 10sec after I waited for her for 20 min. I had to go to a different counter and wait again in line. But she could not be bothered and asked me to come back the next day. Last time I use them

The selection for children's medicine was sparce. Did not have what I was looking for and had to settle to whatever was there. When doing check out, I have to physically go find a cashier to help me check out. Due to the medicine I purchased, I needed to show my ID. This was ridiculous to walk all over the store and asking other shoppers if they saw any workers around. Definitely prefer Walgreens with a wider selection for all medicines and able to find workers when help is needed.

Great place to get your prescriptions picked up. They do it really fast as well. I'm not sure why many people stated that it took them a very long time, but as far as I know from my experiences, they are the best!

I will be changing my pharmacy from cvs to another one. Went to pickup medication was told one was ready and the other isn’t ready. The prescription was sent out 2 days prior. Said it will be ready in 20 mins. Which happens to be lunch time. I left ran my errands came back and she handed me one prescription and said thank you. I said there is two and then she took a look at her system to tell me we are out of it we can order for tomorrow. Like we are playing games here. Your system didn’t show it you don’t have it first time around I would have picked up one prescription and would have called it a day.

I have been going to them for around three years and have really nothing to complain about in terms of service or promptness. Yes, they are not unduly polite but not impolite either. They do their jobs efficiently basically.
But then I have always had an impression that they are fleecing a bit charging more copay than they should be doing but I had no way to confirm this till I had to change the pharmacy to CVS, Target, Jersey city recently as I have moved to Jersey city.
I do find that I have probably been paying around 10$ more every month for over three years. I fail to understand as to how that could be given that I am buying the same medicines every three months and just from a different CVS store. I just hope that I am somehow wrong.
