I will never return to this pharmacy under any circumstances. I made an appointment on Wednesday, 11/23/22 for a flu shot. The appointment was confirmed via text and email, and was for Saturday, 11/26/22 at 10am. I completed the mobile check in upon arrival, and was confused to see that the pharmacy was empty and the security gates were drawn (they were supposed to open at 9). After waiting over 15 minutes, I went to get a customer service number from the Target employees, as this pharmacy is located in a target store. The rep I spoke with on the phone was completely clueless, to put it extremely nicely. I explained my situation several times, and was repeatedly asked if I'd like to make an appointment. The representative seemed to have no idea that I was AT my appointment and wondering where the employees were. After many frustrating minutes and reiterations of my situation, she finally seemed to understand what i was saying and transferred me to someone else. Almost a dozen other folks also waiting for pharmaceutical help looked on nodding their heads in shared disgust. After waiting entirely too long with no new connection, I decided my time had been wasted enough and left the store. I am a healthy 30 year old man simply looking for a preventative flu shot; I truly feel for any senior or person of compromised health who arrived today with the expectation of receiving necessary drugs or other help, and left empty handed. Things happen; any working citizen post -COVID understand how tough things are right now. But the fact that the pharmaceutical staff all ran late, unexpectedly closed, or whatever may have been the case, and left not a single sign, notice, or even communication with the store is disgusting, and potentially dangerous to folks who may have counted on this pharmacy for critical help. On behalf of all the people with whom I stood outside of this closed pharmacy today, I give my strongest recommendation that folks use another location; one which values it's customers enough to display a basic level of transparency and human decency.

Cvs pharmacy in Target by Menlo Mall is the best. Pharmacist is wonderful staff always friendly and helpful. I go to this one for vaccines and prescriptions because of this nice pharmacist. Always has time to answer questions. Very important to me anyway.

What a complete lies hours it says Saturday it closes at 5pm n I took the pictures n it's false information. It was closed on Saturday before 5pm I clicked photo at 4pm. One hour earlier This lazy cvs pharmacy was closed. Worst worst. Not good.

The service and professionalism at this pharmacy y is the worst I've ever had. Unbelievable that they are responsible for dealing w/life saving medications for patients. Horrible horrible, horrible

This is worst pharmacy to take COVID vaccine shot. Even after appointment I waited for 1 hour and the pharmacist kept packing drugs for others and asked me just to wait. Same happened with the folks who came before me

I have been going to CVS for several years the staff is great!Know I live 60 miles away but I still go there for my meds, they know me and always alert me about med interaction.Great people, that's what I like

Very very rude male staff. Just called for my refill and told them to repeat their question as I could not understand what he is asking. His tone was annoying and so impatient. CVS you need better staff as sick people need to be treated patiently

I reached 2 mins late to pick my medicine and the guy is there working in. He is not even responding i just went near and requested that i have medication to pickup he didn’t respond even after hearing . He is a Chinese guy will you be responsible if something happens??? i am only late by 1-2 mins and the medication is very important to me will you do the same if someone who you know come? I will be changing to a different pharmacy. Try to be nice. I went back without picking up my medication
