Today 02/15/2025 at 6:35 while looking at some things that my daughter and I were buying in the store, we had an unpleasant moment for the first time when we were yelled at in an unpleasant way by a clerk at the place. I think that when a customer looks to buy something they look at the product and then decide whether to take it or not. That said, logic doesn't let me understand what this person's problem is when she practically took an item out of my hands and put it in its place. I agree that I am making a "mess" according to her. I ask her what her problem is and she tells me that people like me make a mess in the store in an unpleasant and despotic way. What's wrong? If you are not fit to work serving customers, please find another job where you do not have contact with people, this way you will avoid causing a bad time to the customer (my person) and making a store look bad.

I think that when a customer is looking to buy something, he looks at the product and then decides whether to take it or not. Having said that, logic does not allow me to understand what this person's problem is by practically taking an item out of my hands and putting it in its place. I agree that I am making a “reguero” according to her, I ask her what her problem is and she tells me that people like me make a mess in the store in an unpleasant and despotic way, what's wrong? If you are not in a position to work serving customers, please look for another job where you do not have contact with people, this way you will avoid causing a bad time for the customer (my person) and making a store look bad.

It's a dollar tree, nothing fancy.
It was one of the cleaner ones, but as normal for the stores they had long lines due to minimal staff

Had the worst experience at this dollar tree and will be my last. Which it’s sad. It’s close to my job. But the Spanish last there. Must been offenders because I asked for receipt. Because when she ring up my ice. She did it quick and charged me 2 times. For ice. Says misc 2 times. They say ice is $2.00. I paid more than $2.00. So I let it go. It’s a dollar store. Smfh. So I am waiting for my girlfriend. In line. Then she asked me. Can I help you. I said sorry am I in your way. She said no. So I continue for her to to tend to other customers. Then she asked me again can I help you. I said I’m waiting on my girlfriend. Then she said she need the space. Being nasty. So I said. I asked you am I in your way. You said no. Then the manger Stanley. Started yelling getting an attitude. Saying she needs the space. So I said. If she told me she needed the space. I would kindly move. But she said no I’m not in her way. Never going back and I will report this to cooperate or higher up manger. That’s disrespectful to be treating paying customers! Then I wanted to return my items. The lady told me stand in line. After waiting 20 mins. Then soon as I’m the next in line. He took her off the register and say he needs to check her out. giving me attitude. Saying I have to wait. Looking at me. Knowing I’m not waiting to return. Then checks her out. Have me waiting 30 mins to help me. Sitting in the office. Playing around. Having me wait.

The girl made me stand at the register while she put a bunch of stuff away walks over doesn't say one word to me and starts ringing up my stuff. When I'm all finished she doesn't even thank me and say have a nice day as a matter of fact she just looks really unhappy like she doesn't want to be they're at all! The store needs to hire people that actually speak to the customers, have a smile on their face and act like they want to actually be doing the job that they're hired to do!

The shelves were almost empty, trash everywhere and boxes of products waiting to be put out. Dollar Tree raised their prices and shrunk the food products. There is barely anything there anymore.

They gave me balloon with too tight and it’s blow off and they denied to replace, ridiculous Mr Manager.

It's a nice place where you can find a couple things you need as an emergency, however they need more staff and organization.

Change the hours on Google. Got here at 8:23am and the store is closed. Door says it opens at 9am. All other dollar trees that I know of open at 8am and Google says 8am too.
