Great exp when you're buying, but horrible exp post purchase. They owe a part on the car (and it's documented) and all they keep saying is "we'll call you as soon as the part is in" but never do. I get the run around getting passed to diff ppl and at the end i get the usual "we'll call you as soon as the part is in." I'm a patient person, but for almost a year?? I got the car Dec 2022 and it is now Nov 2023. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. Was the part even ordered? No update. No status. No checking in. No decency to call me back. Business is not just making a sale. It's making a lasting and memorable sale. This certainly is unforgettable and do not recommend this place. Sorry for the honest and hardworking staffs.

I was at my Edison Nissan and the service was excellent. Miss Gloria Mendez is excellent sales person! She is Very kind and polite . She helps us to find the right car . She is very professional, I will go back for my next car! I recommend this dealer.

If you wonder why their used car prices are so low and every car is rated a "great value" by Carfax? It's because this dealership is BAIT AND SWITCH. They are charging fees that are hidden until you get the "deal sheet". $4000 for certified warranty and $3000 for PDSI. A $20k car comes to over $27k. Unacceptable, immoral and incredibly unprofessional sales practices. RUN AWAY.

Better to Avoid!! Completed second service for Nissan Rouge 2022 recently. they sent me an offer all inclusive oil and tire rotation @39.99...At the time of service they charged me $67. Two days later, I got a call from Edison Nissan telling that you have an offer for oil change and Tire rotation @29.99. God knows what's happening with their service team. I have to find out another service center for my future services.

I'm very happy with my purchase of a certified 2020 Nissan Rogue at your establishment. Samuel Abbey is truly a genuine and professional sales consultant. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to exactly what I wanted in my next vehicle purchase. I asked to take it for a test drive which showed me he wasn't at all pushy like most sales consultants I've dealt with in the past. We kept a very direct to the point conversation and then shook hands to close the deal. I couldn't tell who was happier Sam or me. Even the finance gentleman named Greg who is located upstairs was easy to speak to,I heard what he had to say and explain but also liked that if I declined my decision was respected. It was a very smooth transition into my new family vehicle. The inside of the building is very clean and sharp looking. Keep up the great work Sam!

I lost my brother back in June, returned his truck on July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. A call was placed to Nissan corporate to send a copy of all necessary documentation and we were told that everything would be good from an employee at this location. In the back of the truck were car parts we were unable to bring back with us since we were from out of state and already had a lot of stuff to bring back that belonged to my brother. We told the guys that they can do with it what they will because we needed to get home and had nobody to take it or store it elsewhere. These parts included a brand new exhaust and a 2 inch lift kit.Someone here messed up big time because not only have there been multiple phone calls received about the truck, but today a repo man showed up to my mother's home over 1,000 miles away and they threatened to take HER vehicle because edison Nissan failed to do their job correctly. The truck has been in their possession since July 20th, 2023. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this shit show of a location to anyone.

Fidelix was fantastic and very genuine. Helped me get a 2023 Nissan rogue platinum. Had exactly what I wanted and even knew the ins and outs of every part of the vehicle. Even tried to throw a curve ball question but he was still able to answer it. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The sales man, Corey, was the most helpful person ever. He was very honest and very patient. He broke down everything for me so I can understand everything. The place in general was very welcoming and there was always someone to assist you. the Manager was so sweet and nice. They even offer us coffee. The place itself was awesome and I do recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at this Nissan dealership.It started 3 days ago when I reached out and the manager Eric called me, he pretended to be this great guy genuinely interested in my business. Set up a time for me to come in. Make me feel as customer I mattered.When I got to the dealership 2 days later I was greeted by a great salesman, can't remember his name but he was awesome and so kind. After test driving it was time to finally talk numbers. I was sitting at the desk when a very arrogant man came marching over, Eric the manager. He was so rude, he belittled me, judged me, made me feel completely uncomfortable. I don't know if he hates women in general or just his job but he gave me an attitude that he didn't remember speaking to me, I told him i didn't live close and he mocked on how a 20 minute drive is nothing. He was so rude that I finally got up from the desk and left.I would never recommend this location for anyone to ever have to deal with that man, especially if you're a young woman because he doesn't respect us or take us seriously as a potential car buyer.

first of all, let me state that they do not like writing negative reviews. I have purchased and leased at least five vehicles from Nissan prior so have my children. I just purchased my Nissan frontier a month and a half ago. I recently noticed that my right quarter panel was coming out so I went to Nissan and then I also went to a body shop try to help me fix it. The body shop stated that not only was the right quarter panel out but the hood was misaligned. They opened up the hood and told me that one of the bolts had been adjusted plus they noticed paint that was not factory was on the side of the hood. First, I thought it was a car wash that may have done it but the car wash sent me a video showing the hood as well as the quarter panel was out prior to going through the car wash. Today, Tuesday, I went back to the dealership with hopes of them doing the right thing and fixing what they provided to me. Glenn the Sales Manager told me I already plead my case, and he was not gonna do anything about it. I told him that I would take the next step which is legal action, and he did not seem to care. I truly am disappointed in the way I was treated and I now have to pursue this with a brand new vehicle. If the owners what type management monitor the reviews I would like somebody to reach out to me and get this handled ASAP correctly. It’s the right thing to do. again, I have a long history. Just brought in my vehicle to Edison Nissan and worked with a great service technician named Connor. He stopped what he was doing and came out to look at the hood latch on my vehicle. Fixed it right there on the spot. Great guy to work with.

We bought our first car in US from Edison Nissan. We went there with lots of apprehensions and came out with our new car. Our Sales Person "Royce" was amazing in dealing during the whole process. He patiently listened our thoughts/doubts and explained the whole process very effectively which made us comfortable.We were pleasantly surprise with his kind follow-ups to enquire about our feedback and experience with new car and to help us in setup of services.We were so impressed with his professionalism, polite attitude and process knowledge, that we ended up buying two cars in short span of 2 months from Edison Nissan.Keep the extremely Good Work "Royce". You and Eric makes a great team at Edison Nissan.

Daniel was so helpful and accommodating throughout my car buying process. My mom and I were at Edison Nissan yesterday and I found a car I love, but the price was a bit too high for my budget. Daniel did everything in his power to lower the price for me, and went back and forth to his manger multiple times to accommodate my budget. He was personable and professional, and made a very boring process something exciting. Thank you to Daniel and the financial department for helping me get a car I love!
