Paid 100 plus tip for a full set. First they didn't do a full set bc her nails were too short. Ok fine say that but don't charge for a service your didn't do. 2 days with her nails 3 feel off. Went back 3 days later to fix them all. 4 days later more fell off. Just garbage. Wouldn't ever go back.

The person doing my nails is in rush .She forgot to remove cuticles and then she removed it after finishing the nails .It was hurting so I stopped her after couple of fingers.while filing the nails she was doing it so ruff that my fingers start scraping . The polymer is under my nail and it hardened there.
I am really disappointed by their quality of work.

Please don't ask me to tip. When I receive service worthy of a tip, I have no problem doing so. Tipping isn't a requirement. It's a courtesy. I don't get tips for my job but I chose the job so that's that.
Then I'm told to use my card to pay $10 for the polish change that I'll be charged $10. That won't ever happen. As soon as I said I'd go to Walgreens, suddenly they can take my card. I'm sure because you can't possibly trust that I 'll come back with your $10.
The lady who changed my polish was cool enough. She did a great job. She can get 3.5 stars.
I won't go back.

I came here a couple of times in the past and had good service with Anna. But 3 weeks ago, I got a gel mani and three of my nails fell off within a week. Susan offered to do them but I was not available to redo them. So 3 weeks later, when I comeback for a regular mani, I was left with damages nails, bloody cuticles and the lady who did my nails did a very bad job applying the polish. She was rude too. Overall very disappointed. If you want good service, Anna is good otherwise it's not worth it. You can get a better job done elsewhere for the same price.

Well we were a little worried because the outside didn't look so nice but the inside was super clean! It was empty when we went so they helped us out right away. I got a gel manicure and they did so so well. I am super happy with my nails. They came out clean and perfect. My friend got a gel French tip and she was super happy as well. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here over 20 years! Best most perfect gel pedi and manicures! The staff led by Suzanne is so welcoming they are like family. Waxing has beautiful result almost pain free. Place is clean and organized. I've been in lots of places but Nory gives best pedicure ever. Cant go anywhere else because then I'm disappointed. You'll be happy with all their services!!

I got a gel pedicure here a few weeks ago & they did a great job. I did watch them clean down the pedicure tub & place the tools in a sanitizer machine & grab new ones. it's been two weeks & so far no chipping ! the ladies there were very nice & accommodating too.

In just 4 days my 2 nails came off automatically. I didn’t even did anything to force my nails to get off but look at this Like literally in 4 days they came off. I’m so disappointed not suggesting this place at all to anyone.
