We converted our fireplace from wood burning to gas. After the installation we were not happy with the product itself (no fault of Ember). Ember went out of their way and worked with us until we were completely satisfied. We are very pleased with the results and appreciate their flexibility in accommodating us.

Amazing customer service and were very welcoming. Only our 4 stars because I wish they had more modern options for the stone mantels but that’s just me personally. Other than that these guys are amazing!
