While no one is ever thrilled about the inevitable rate jumps at storage units, the personnel at the physical locations (we’ve used 3) have been u failing pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. So there’s that! This location is clean, well lit and the entry is protected from weather.

Emmanuel was unfailingly a warm, informative and useful professional to work with. We have been long term three year tenants. Now, I needed to find alternative storage closer to our changed location. He not only helped me find the most convenient one but also facilitated our transfer to our new ExtraSpace storage. Happy to give 5 STARS to Emmanuel.... knowledgeable, informative, and a warm professional.

Emmanuel and Michael are the best and the sweetest and always so helpful and kind and I've been renting here since like 2021 I belive and I have had two storages with them and no complaints everything is smooth. Move in was smooth and they were very efficient in making sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. Thank you so much again!!

This is the 2nd time I've used Extra Space Storage. Emmanuel was the representative who took care of me, at the Edison facility. He was very courteous and took time out to explain the pricing and times to me. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who needs to store their things.

They also offered a lot of useful information and assisted with various aspects of the process. Their professionalism and friendliness made a big difference.
