It's a little tight but workable. Overnight parking in tractor lot to the right before the gate for drivers picking up a load only. My advice: let the guard and line haul know your intentions.

I think this location is in cahoots with other locations pertaining to stealing. FedEx has some kind of organized theft ring. FedEx does not care either. All call centers are outsourced. You will be speaking to someone in another country about your stolen package in the US. I have no idea why Amazon uses FedEx when they have their own trucks.

I literally ordered my daughterās iPad for Christmas on Dec 18. It was scheduled for Dec 21st, I literally kept live tracking on my screen never no update to whether I was the next stop I hit refresh at 321 and it still showed the driver Lisamarie far away. Next thing I know I got an attempted at 310-312 and my delivery will be attempted Dec 23. At 923am she marked it delivered and used the same photo from Dec 21 as a receipt of delivery, I called Walmart and fedex and asked FedEx for the proof of delivery the address it was delivered to wasnāt mine! It was to 11 US Highway 1. The driver was supposed to call me when she arrived at my residence for delivery and didnāt just for it to be delivered wrong and now the main gift for my daughter not making it in time for Christmas!!!! FedEx has horrible customer service with the same generic answers instead of holding their driver responsible! Iāve never had a problem with a driver until this holiday season the guy who usually has the delivery methods down pack and clearly knows how to follow directions. FedEx was supposed to also call me from the facility that received my package and nothingš¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬

I ALWAYS have problems shipping with FedEx. The shippers did their duties, but FedEx always either delays or simply lost my packages. Not a single time it moved smoothly. After I had an issue with Kevin Thomas who works at FedEx South San Francisco, California. Not a single shipment to me.went smoothly ever since. I already stopped using FedEx for at least the past 10 (ten) years.
Now. Once again my package said it leave Edison. NJ on Dec 17. 2024 and went to the Twilight Zone. I do believe someone at FedEx either lost my package intentionally or simply took it. I don't work with people either discriminate or dishonest in anyways.

With the small exception of a few managers with whom I have worked with, the majority of people in management you can not count on to either have your back, or guarantee you the hours your schedule says you are going to have on your weekly schedule planner. There are days when you are just about there at the facility, and then you find out that they pushed your start time a half hour later. And then, instead of you now working a three and a half hours of what is normally a four hour shift, they then cut you another either half hour, or an hour more. Leaving you now with only three hours, or two and a half hours time for your shift of that given day and shift period. Tell me how can anyone achieve any decent days pay, working for a bunch of people who barely do much on their end to uphold the hours they first tell you, that you are going to have for that day or any other given week, when they keep chopping your hours here and there!!! Not like itās construction where one has to work on the days the weather is on their side. Work is all indoors. You are better off working for anyone else within this industry than you are for FedEx Ground Metuchen Hub 071. At least when they promise you hours that you are going to be receiving that week, at least they keep their promise. Not these guys!! And especially the new hires, they try to work them hard regardless if they are in their twenties, or in their fifties and above. Some just donāt do their fair share of work while you are busting your back, and they donāt even reward you for that! So as far as I see it, if others donāt contribute the same as you, they donāt deserve your talents and ability to move and make a difference for their sake and success in business. Find yourself someone who does deserve you more than the people at this location. They are not worth the hassle.

My package was supposed to arrive nearly a month ago and has not. I made about ten attempts to report and each time I was told itās too soon. Then when I finally was allowed to report they simply said they canāt find it, call the shipper and have them send me another one. Packages that have been marked arrived donāt just go missing, clearly a FedEx employee is stealing packages from people and nobody is doing anything. Im out money because the shipper wants to know where the package is before they send me another one, I think fedex should be the one to reimburse me seeing as they ālostā my package. Also this isnāt the first time items I ordered went āmissingā and before fedex responds and says call customer service, I have and you guys never do anything but say call the shipper for a new item. When do you take responsibility and hold yourself accountable?

Kind of tight location which are usually in east coast, Check guard shack of scan your badge take a right then end of the building take left turn in the middle a door called line-haul bring your paperwork there they signed let you know where you have to drop trailer. If you need empty let them know coz empty trailer are in different location, Just 3/4 miles away. If you wanna sleep donāt pick empty and hide n park where other people are waiting for load.
