My Service advisor was Mary Groza, let me start of by saying that is extremely helpful in locating prior service records, she was even able to track down the window sticker for me, not only that but she is very knowledgeable Ferrari's.

DONOT BUY VERITAS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY, they have terrible service, they don't cover all of the claim expenses, and if you cancel their policy they deduct the small part of the claim they covered. They refuse to cover majority of your claims because it is based on their rules and assumptions. Also, the people at this dealership don't even help with the information you need, and they take over a month to answer any questions after you purchase the vehicle, before you get the vehicle they call you several times and are in contact with you for you to make the purschase. Don't buy any additional coverage if it is not from your vehicle manufacturer

I bought a certified used trackhawk from this dealership. The dealer assured me that's it's been serviced and maintenance at a Jeep-Dodge dealership.Turns out the trackhawk wasn't so certified. When the Jeep was delivered to me I found the motor mount was completely destroyed causing the motor to jump when you crank the vehicle also the service damper light was on and that there was a 41% oil light on that clearly hasn't been changed so I figured at this point that they lied about the Jeep being serviced. I scheduled a service with a Jeep dealership in my area to check the Jeep out for the following week. But the trackhawk didn't even make it to the shop. I was broke down on the side of the highway with a certified trackhawk from Ferrari Maserati of central New Jersey 2 weeks after buying, and having to get towed to the nearest dealership. FMOCNJ offered me a 6 year, 60 month warranty when I purchased the Jeep which was nice and assuring. But once the warranty company got the quote from the dealership about the damages, they cancelled my contract. They told me that the Jeep has been modified and had these issues before I purchased the Jeep which FMOCNJ denied. After calling the company over a 100 times, all they can say to me is that this situation sucks and the only thing they can try to offer me is another warranty but the trackhawk "Has to be fixed first" they told me. Don't get me wrong, they're very persistent when it comes to selling you a vehicle. But when the vehicle has an huge issue like this, they fall off the map. Now I'm stuck here with a $85k trackhawk that has been sitting at a dealership mechanic shop since April 21 that I'm having to pay another $10k+ out of pocket for a new transmission, motor mounts, and front differential. I'm not here to trying to ruin there reputation, I'm just telling you all my story. You can make your own decision to purchase from this dealership. Today is 05/10/23 and it's still in the shop with no contact from FMOCNJ.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Ferrari California T from Ferrari of Central New Jersey.The dealership is beautiful and has a great showroom and service department.I had the pleasure of working with Brandon.Brandon did an amazing job locating and delivering the car I was looking for in pristine condition.Brandon is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the Ferrari brand and is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend Brandon and Ferrari of Central New Jersey if you are interested in a new or certified pre-owned Ferrari .

They do this shady thing where they want you to put down a non-refundable deposit on a car, however they will then refuse to pull the car from websites where it's listed for sale. Thus keeping the possibility of selling it out from under you, while cheerfully keeping your deposit.So beware when you put down a deposit. You cannot get it back and they will still actively try and sell the car.They'll tell you the car is not available for viewings, however from my own experience, it is. I had a friend message them asking about a car I had a deposit down on and they were more than happy to show it still, and they even dropped the price on the car from the initial asking price.

I first wanted to state that my experience at Ferrari Edison was amazing until the very end. Niel was very good to me and my father with telling us the ins and outs of the Ferrari 360 spider. He was also the very first person to give me the wonderful chance to drive the car of my dreams. I was never discriminated by my age or felt out of place as a young potential buyer. I recommend Niel to everyone. Here’s when things went wrong. When push came to shove we gave an offer on the Ferrari and everything was promising. Things like the buttons and roof were promised to get fixed. It was when Niel went to his manager that everything fell through. The sales manager would not budge on the price at all (the offer was $82k on a $85k price tagged car) and it came to the point where now it was decided that nothing was going to get fixed on the car and I would have to buy it as is. We said no thank you, went on with our day and never got a call back since that day. In these very tough times, I hate giving such a bad review but this needed to be said. It was a very unfortunate moment because my father and I were ready to be part of the “Ferrari family”.
