Such a “meh” experience.
Went in 2/14/25 to buy my man an outfit. The associates weren’t rude but I’m confused as to why THEY’RE confused that I’m there… like 😃
They’re more onto helping those who “look” like they have money. Bc I didn’t get greeted, asked if I needed anything like the other mother of 2 who walked in after me. But whatever.
and it took a while to find a cashier to ring me up .

I purchased three pairs of shoes; however, the manager's unprofessional and dismissive behavior resulted in an unsatisfactory customer experience. I will not be making further purchases due to the unacceptable level of service.menlo park location

This store is trash, with the worst customer service. The store manager, Sarah, is the nastiest person I’ve met in a long time. I tried to return shoes here, following their return policy, and she refused to accept my returns. I confronted her after she belittled me in front of her staff and customers, demanding a reason for her refusal. Her reason was that she could not sell 3 pairs of the same shoe to one customer. I followed up and asked if I could at least return one pair. She still refused. Regardless, you’ve lost my business. It only takes one horrible experience.

Is really stupid this. I bought a shoes in Jd sport Woodbridge 2 days ago but is a little narrow for me and today went to Menlo Park to return them and Dylan the manager told me that’s it has to be returned just I where I bought it but is the same company i mentioned him and he told me he can’t do anything. Fix this. He made me wasted my time.

They sold me damage shoes, and Sarah the manager she doesn’t even know how to communicate with the customer ! Never buying there again. Worst experience I ever had !

They have a great variety of sneakers including hot ticket items (Jordan, Adidas) and many styles that I couldn't find on line AJ1 High True Blue and AJ13 True Blue. Both of these models are sold out on Nike.com and we're a special SNKRS drop and sold it within minutes. Good to see JD have such great selection. The salespeople were helpful and no pressure. Great shopping experience.

The process to return items purchased online was easy peezy. The flow of the store invites customers to look around and take it all in, even if it wasn't their intention to shop other items. I found the sales associates on the floor to be very attentive (and cute) but perhaps a bit overzealous. I guess that's their job.

The teenagers running this place has zero courtesy or knowledge of what they are doing, asked about a shoes size, they said available and you will find it at the register ready for checkout, waiting in line 30 minutes, just for them to start looking for it for another 15 minutes, in the end they said they dont have this size. Never coming back to this place or online
