No customers in the store! Waiting to be helped! Manager was at the register looking busy with work not concerned that we needed help! Another salesperson on the phone in the front of the store not paying any attention to my granddaughter and me! Finally walked over to the salesperson and asked if he could get us the size of shoe my granddaughter needed! He said ok and went in the back! After 10 minutes waiting I went to the manager and asked if the salesperson was still getting the shoes! She says, “Did You Ask Him To Get You The Shoes” and I said yes! She replies back in a condescending tone, “Then He’s Getting Them”, to which I replied, “He’s Been Back There For A Long Time”. I got no response! I waited 5 more minutes and here comes the salesperson empty handed! I asked him, “Any Luck”, he replies, “Show Me The Shoes You Wanted Again”. At that point I just walked out! I wanted to purchase a $130 pair of Jordan’s! I never in my life received such terrible service!

I came in the store with my wife and kids to get some sneakers for my daughters that is the age of 10 and 5 years old and there young employees was in their playing NBA YoungBoy rap music with disgusting things being said in a kids foot locker that was very unappropriate for children also the man was not even able to measure my kids feet correctly. I expressed to the young man that I am not happy with the NBA YoungBoy music in front of my children and he ignored me, so I left and went to the other foot locker. That was much better with great service and good vibes. I won’t be shopping in that kids foot locker.

Very rude young people . Didn’t have store open on time. Wasn’t greeted . No thank you for my service . Hire ppl that want to work and that have good customer service .

I came to buy a shoe for my child it was so much going on nobody helped me Very bad experience i guess managers calling all there friends for sneakers people fighting yelling it was a long line your staff yelling at at customers worst store in the mall never got helped so i walk out I will contact the mall also this was ridiculous

Closed store before 6:00PM. This is ridiculous I had a quick return & appeared at 5:54 & the lady turned me away while she snacked on some chips in front of my face shaking her head that she would not open the door. Online it says you close at 6PM, how is it that you close before the time that is listed on the website & store door. After I come back yet again to do this return, I will not be returning to this store for any further business purposes. This is completely against protocol. Bad for business !

I bought the champs candy land sweat pants in a size that didn’t fit. Didn’t have the tag or receipt but I put my footlocker account for points when I got it. Paid 54.99 for the pants. Went to return them the manager had a nasty attitude n only gave me 20 back n said this is what u paid. I said no I paid more then that the receipt is on my account. She gave me only 20$ she is a thief and should be fired will be calling corporate to complain.

Horrible situation. I placed an order for my daughter on the 14th of December. Still hasn't been shipped as per the Fedex tracker. When I call footlocker to ask about the shoes, the young man leaves me on the phone for 44 mins. Doesn't come back to the phone and and 1.5 hrs later he hasn't put the phone back on the hook. So guess what...you cant call the store to say WHATS UP WITH MY ORDER!!!! Never gain!! Needless to say I emailed the company to tell them that on the website it says my order is fulfilled and apparently hasn't even been shipped from kansas yet. How bout that. Will never order from here again.

Brandon and Amanthia always go above and beyond to make sure that we always have a pleasant and informed shopping experience. They are the reason that I only shop at this Kids foot locker location for the kids clothing and shoes. They tell us about the promotions that can save us and make sure we are buying proper sizes for shoes. If there is anything that we like and they don’t have the size they always let us know how quickly they can order it or how quick it will be for us to pick up at foot locker down the hall. Every visit is a 5 star.
